I enjoy going here. The employees are helpful, but not smothering. You can shop for products and someone is close by to answer any questions you have about the product. I do wish Sallys would update their afro hair products though.

Great customer service

The cashier was efficient yet friendly, and was knowledgable about the inventory

Walked in looking for shampoo. Spent about 15 minutes or looking for certain scents and distinctive properties. Then the workers finally say something, not at all helpful. Asking me what im looking for smelling all the shampoo. I didnt know I couldnt smell the shampoo that im spending my money on. I finally find one, that both me and my friend like. She says you werent looking for a smell so why were you smelling it its for her. Then she said i wasnt going to use it. I told her YES i am. Why do you think i smell them aswell? Clearly she had a problem with us smelling all the shampoo that we were going to buy, and im pretty sure she had a problem as soon as we walked in the store, whether it was our race or age. And then to my face saying i wasnt going to use it, when obviously i was, why would someone lie about that. Youre not going to use it. Lol what kind of f**king store is this. Just because im young, this lady wants to talk down to me. Pathetic, and patronizing. Maybe she doesnt have what it takes to work at a beauty store.
