Wow! Words cannot express how thankful I am for the associate Devin who works at this location. Devin needs a raise! He went above and beyond to help me and that spoke volumes. Amazing and quick service! A rock or something randomly hit my windshield on I-10 and shattered it really bad. I was familiar with the Safelite brand from previous experiences, so I knew I definitely wanted to use them. The Metairie location is much closer but couldnt get me in for two weeks. I called Safelite through Allstate and was able to get an appointment at the Harvey location in two days...yay! I was well informed throughout the entire process, to include scheduling the appointment, dropping off my vehicle, and receiving status text messages while they were working on my car. The guy at the front desk was super nice and I felt like my vehicle was in good hands there. The technician called as soon as the work was done and pickup/payment was quick and easy as well. There is a waiting room with chairs, but I opted to walk around the area because there are a few stores and several restaurants in walking distance. Hopefully I wont have to replace my windshield again, but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate to come here again.

They did a great job replacing my windshield. They accidentally broke a plastic piece on my rear view mirror and replaced it with no cost. Will go back there again.

I made an appointment for 11am. The bad news is that I dont get seen until 11:20am; the good news is that the replacement windshield was installed and ready in half the time quoted. Workmanship was top notch.I highly recommend this place to all with car glass problems.

The employee tried to over charge for a windshield replacement. Little did he know, i got a quote from.Satellite online before i went to store to see if I could get quicker service. The desk guy quoted me 300 dollars more than the online price for the same windshield. Please do your homework before you purchase from this store.

Horrible! They installed my daughters glass but the door panel was not attached properly. The door lock was broken. Ive called to complain & they make it impossible to get through to that location. Beware before you visit there. Her car is only 2 years old.

Its really hard to give Adam and the techs a 3.They are 5++. But, the manager should have gotten a zero. He was rude, with an I dont know and I dont care attitude. With my first repair, I had to go back 4 times total. The second market stuff just didnt fit. They got the right part and no problem. So of course, when I had what I thought was a broken door glass, I scheduled immediately. It turned out to be a motor and I was told it would take a week to get the part unless I was willing to go get it. And, that wasnt his problem because I told him it was glass not the motor. How would I know? I said yes to get it but was sent without enough info to get the part. When I asked which part I needed, he said how should he know? My question was if you dont who does? To which he clapped back at me more than once. Then, suddenly he was able to get the part for the next day. It has been fixed. Its fine. Adam and his crew are great. I just dont ever want to go through the manager to get to them again.

I decided send my car to Safelite after my car was broken into while in New Orleans East. They are close to home. We also got a quote from the dealership but they were extremely high and even told us that they would have to get the glass from Safelite. So we just decided to go direct to the source.The staff is extremely nice and efficient. We dropped off our car, not expecting for them to be able to get to it for a 3 or 4 days and they got it repaired in just 2 days. They called to let us know it was fixed and even stayed a few minutes past closing to allow us time to get there and pick up our vehicle. Our car looks fantasti! They used the proper glass and everything!I even used the detail place I learned about while there, Unique Touch Mobile Detail. They did a phenomenal job on my car!Thank you to the team there!

Hello everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave me a realistic time for when my cars windows would be finished. They were all very honest about the issues with my windows, and they clean up any mess they make. I had 2 cracks all the way across my windshield and my back passenger window fell in the door. They fixed the windshield with no issue. I was informed that the back passenger windows regulator broke. They put the window back up and told me they couldn’t fix that issue. They didn’t attempt to fix it and make things worse. I had paid online, so they refunded the money for the back passenger window. Also, if they forgot to put your break tag back on, just inform them. They are human. They are aware of which parishes have certain break tags and will tell you if you can keep the current one or if you have to get a new one. You really can’t beat the lifetime guarantee either. Thank you to everyone at this Safelite location.

Was getting my rear window changed on my Dodge Ram. Waited for a couple hours, which was the amount of time they told me it would take. While in the waiting area, every employee there was extremely courteous to everyone. They also, bent over backwards for all the customers that came in. Even offering to make a special trip to the Metairie location to get parts. They put plans together to double team cars or whatever it took to fit more people in. I’m a business owner and I just have to say that the employees that they have are hard to come by. Great job guys, keep up that hard work and y’all will find yourselves in high places one day. Thanks.

Update: My interior roof has been completely fixed. I am satisfied with the glass and would consider doing business with them again.Update: Contacted management and they scheduled repair for the damage caused to the roof interior that occurred during the window installation. I would have preferred the damages didnt occur, but at least they are willing to fix it. Most companies would try to put the blame on you. Will update after repair is completed.This location caused damage on the inside of my vehicle see pictures. I pourpsly left my vehicle there longer so I would not have to wait on returning. I gave them an extra 45min past my scheduled time before going back, and I still ended up waiting at the store. If you cant remove the glass without damaging the vehicle dont change it!Just admit defeat, or ask for permission and inform me there may be extensive damage. Now I can see wood on the roof of my vehicle. They destroyed, not removed, my inspection sticker, so that is a 300 dollar ticket waiting to happen. The plastic trim is now loose and barely hanging on.I am disgusted with this place. Will never use them again. I dont care if it is covered by my ins. I really thought this place would provide professional service.I knew something was wrong the way the employee took pictures of my car and said people like to accuse us of doing damage to their cars.

My belief was Star only did auto glass replacement. After meeting Kathleen she was able to replace my broken glass shower door for less than the original cost of the installation. I have another bathroom that needs a glass shower enclosure and they are going to do that one too. Great job. Professional company and service oriented.

They will find a way to say your windshield crack was caused by a chip. Ours cracked from the heat in our garage, but the tech said he saw a point of origin. Furthermore, he couldnt find our account from our previous service in their system! A load of crock! Wont be returning to them.

Very disappointed in my expierence. My husband needed his windshield replaced and we had an appointment on a Saturday morning. We were told the replacement would take one hour or possibly and hour and a half max. We went home and waited. After 2 hours went by we received no call so I called Safe light. The tech stated that thier finishing up and we can head over. I get there and my husbands truck was still not ready. At this point we are at 2 and half hours and we had other plans scheduled that day. Very disappointed in thier lack of communication. If the scheduled appointment went over then they should have called and communicated that with us.
