Tested positive for covid, doctor prescribed ivermectin, took it to this place, and got a text saying there was a problem with my insurance, and that it would be delayed. I called and it wasnt an insurance issue, the guy told me, that they refuse to fill it because CDC didnt recommend it. He told me I could go somewhere else, and I did! And they filled it no problem! So its not what your doctor prescribes, that matters, its what this guy fills like prescribing. When one is told what to do! they are no longer free!
Slow service you get the feeling nobody wants to be there. They need more people. Nicer people also
You can never get in and out of this place. Huge line inside and outside no matter the time of day. Keep talking about switching to a locally owned pharmacy, but need to get it done
The pharmacy is soooooo Slow!! DO NOT go here for a covid shot unless you have half a day to spend waiting. And not because its overly busy. They are just that darn slow. The only thing getting service here is the drive thru pharmacy.
Had what I needed, wish the pharmacy ran a little quicker
Went to have my mothers prescriptions filled after her hip replacement. There were 2 pain meds. Medicare only paid for 1 and the other (which even without insurance is fairly inexpensive) they wanted more than $200 for. I even gave her a GoodRX card. I asked why it wasnt covered and was so expensive. The girl at window (appeared to be middle eastern and I only say this so Walgreens can identify her) said it might be they thought my mother had gotten too many pain meds filled. Uh, excuse me? We have to force her to take a Tylenol. She still had pain meds of my dads who died 8 years ago. She rarely gets pain meds filled and then refuses to take them. Sadly, she just passed away from a blood clot due to this surgery she had in May (of course cant prove), and she still has almost a whole bottle of the 1 pain pill we did get filled. I wouldnt use them again ever.
Terrible!! Everything is complete chaos and very unorganized. Go anywhere else but here!!
Absolutely the worse place I have ever dealt with. 2 hour wait for a prescription I gave them. If my insurance gave me other options I sure would choose another place. Even had the doctor call in one.
Worst pharmacist staff ever. Im sorry but when my mother in law has not only Parkinsons and over the age of 70, and a long list of medications already, the person working the window literally told her that her doctor must have lied to her because they did not have her prescriptions for the THIRD TIME TODAY going back and fourth between her doctor and the pharmacy over a medication she literally can not live without. And now while I would normally understand, maybe there was a misunderstanding or something, no, theres been nothing but rude inconsiderate people who wont even take a second to find out what the situation might be. She must be confused, or lying ill be calling cooperate as well. Pitiful.
They never have your prescriptions ready on time, they don’t care, and they treat you with disregard.
Pharmacy extremely disorganized and makes getting the vaccine a ridiculous wait.
The most horrible customer service in the world at this location I will never choose their pharmacy again I am so disappointed Im definitely calling corporate
The pharmacy staff is amazing. I left my childs medicine in Memphis, and went to them on the advice of my pharmacy in Dallas. They didnt have the meds I needed, but the young lady who was helping called not only other Walgreens stores but the other pharmacies in town to make sure I could get what I needed. True Everyday Heroes.
Friendly fast always a pleasure to visit always helpful with all my prescriptions
The pharmacy staff at this location is incompetent. Left me waiting an hour only to tell me then they couldnt fill my prescription. Very unhappy. Its something every time I come here. Very unhappy.
From the time you pull up to the window until someone shuffles over to help, you can expect a 12 minute wait at minimum. Also, why are you yelling into the handset? Even though Ive used your pharmacy before, I still have to provide all my details, ID and insurance. They dont ask for these things, they demand them. Sadly they were the only pharmacy open on Sunday with a drive through window.
Very slow pharmacy, I would not recommend this location for processing prescriptions. CVS is much faster.
Helpful and good place to get a passport picture.
Friendly staff each time I visit. Prices are reasonable.
Good service
The workers are always super nice, and super helpful!
I was waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes and never talked to anyone.
Make sure you check the photos out before you take them home because they surely don’t!
It was great
Rude old women who dont have time to do their job...
Great staff
