Staff have been friendly, helpful, and professional ever since this office opened as just Kinkos, then Fedex Linkos, then Fedex Office Print& Ship. Always good people here. Knowledgeable & efficient. High marks!

Every time I come to this fed ex location to pick up a package (2x) a month or to make a stack of copies the employees are always willing to help out and explain. Today asst. manager Santino helped me with so much documentation and the best way to ship. The manager is also very smiley and bubbly with a great deal of knowledge how to get things done. Thank you for all your help. I appreciate it and the great customer service!

I went in FedEx office for the first time ever and never used one of their printers I asked an employee that was standing close by if she can help me and she was the nicest person she showed me step-by-step what to do she had a lot of patience she was very friendly made it very easy for me to accomplish what I had to great place for faxing printing and many other things

ABSOLUTE AWEFUL!!!!!!!! Aweful experience. I arrived a half hour before they closed and it was like I came in to give the woman who was all mouth the plague.I usually go elsewhere to print my documents and new the drill besides one important piece. Where do you email the items to use the Kiosk The woman threw her hands in the air with words I wont repeat. Them pointed me Tina cardboard cutout with the details. Thank youI never printed what I needed because after the fourth time she called out how much time we had left.PANIC ATTACK!!! NOT OKAY .... BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE A JOB, DONT TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY EBER. EVER, never mind in a CSR position. I am so digusted!!!!!

Worst FedEx office I have visited.I went there find help with one of my packages and they were asking me to go and check online or call customer service and dont come here. I assume customer service lady had some anger issues.I ended up going to another FedEx office where they helped me with same situation.Visited around 1.45 PM EST on April 20th 2020

One star for each of the employees that were actually professional and helpful. My mother and I had to go 3 separate days to send one package when it could have been sent at once had the staff knew what they were doing. The manager (Omar) was condescending until we called the 800 number then he became friendly and helpful. I personally would never go back there but while my dad is oversees and this is the only way he can receive the clothes and other items he needs I have limited options that are in my neighborhood since I dont have a car yet.

Exceptional services and resources for printing and shipping. The self service machines did not have the fastest connection but because they can connect to your phone or email or Google drive, it is really an easy button when it comes to self service. It doesnt hurt to double check your prints. They completely left out more than half of my order. Lesson learned

Made the mistake of not giving her the acct number, wow she got very nasty about it. when i told her i was sorry, she told me she couldnt cance that she had to restart. actually cursed about the ball of her mouse cominh out twice. steer clear of debbie!

Went to get the price before checking another location the same day and just 20 minutes of returning, when I arrived back to this fedex, they raised the price and couldn’t explained to me why the price has increased even though the weight and address information was exactly the same. The manager wasn’t in so he had to be called and basically told me the same things, that they have no control over the system, they just price it with what it tells them. Super sketchy how the price was increased for no reason, and without explanation.

Came to drop of a package. Didnt even bother to offer any help waited for 10mnts and had to interrupt the staff to say that Im here to drop off the package. Even though there were 4 staffs no one bothered.

Terrible service tried to tell me to repack my box because it was “too empty” and pay for them to repack it for me! Walked out and took the same package to pakmail and it was fine, no issue - looks like fedex Hartford is a money grab!

Worst service ever. I have come in here plenty of times and picked up a package with no issues and now all of a sudden today I have an issue. The address doesn’t match on my ID with the package but the name is correct. I came in yesterday and picked up a package without the person even questioning me. I think I’ll take my business else where now, even if I have to drive a long distance

I have sent two electronics through this FedEx facility both of them got lost during transfer. I don’t think this is a coincidence!!

I hate you, I hate you, I hate you.Nothing is in stock, the prices are all inflated, they dont pay anyone enough to know what theyre doing, and when the printer gets jammed you still get charged for being logged onto the computer.Just walked out empty handed because they couldnt print the images I needed. Not the first time this has happened to me.
