I emailed the shop from their website. The site requires you to give all of your information: home address, phone number, email address. I asked a question about what riding gear is required for test driving a bike. Since the question was attached to a particular bike, the answer I got from the dealer was just sold the bike sorry. Honestly, I get better interaction and treatment on FaceBook Marketplace.
Recently purchased my bike, thanks to Brandons help the whole process was effortless from start to finish! Thank you!
I attempted to enter the biz at 2:43p to simply browse the frames. I was stopped at the sign-in table(?) and told that I could not enter because the store closed at 3p. That’s it. I didn’t need “service” from anyone as I simple wanted to view this stock. The kicker, a woman was allowed in after me to actually receive service (pick up an order). Maybe the store hours should read ‘Saturday’s close at 2:43’?? Nice, cold customer service from the employee too. First time there....first impression is the most important. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
Dustin was awesome! They did an amazing job on my bike. Put on my Angel Pirellis, new brake pads, oil change and cleaned up my chain. Back to me in 1 week. My Demon road so smooth today! Thankyou
Best place around to get kawasaki parts
Purchased a 14 Street Glide Special in March fo 21. Great experience, sales was the exact opposite of pushy, were friendly, honest, and fair.Several months into the bike and I couldnt be happier. I would recomend this establishment to anyone.
MotoFit Thanks YOU!!Went here earlier today because I was interested in 2 bikes that they had. I was ready to buy TODAY! Walked in and saw the 2 bikes that I was eyeing. Checked them out (thoroughly) and hovered there for about 20 mins. Wasnt even acknowledged. Walked around the store for another 10 mins, past several employees, and still wasnt even acknowledged! Very disappointing experience and I tried this place 1st because theyre closer to my house and it would be more convenient. I stopped at the door before I walked out to give them one more chance and still nothing. Left the store and drove an hour away to MotoFit in Danbury. They had a similar bike that I wanted. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and needless to say I bought my bike from them. I will NEVER step foot in New England Cycle Center again....and oh, MotoFit said Thanks!
Average motorcycle shop. Large showroom floor but mostly street bikes and very few dirt bikes. Thats pretty much my biggest complaint. COVID related I guess. Other than that theyre pretty good here.
Workers are very nice and they have a decent selection of basic parts. Giant showroom also, theyve got just about every type of bike there!
Just left the store stood. Had walked around an stop to registers for about 20 minutes and no one helped us or offered any assistance. Now let’s keep in mind I’m a resident from Delaware. I was visiting area for Atv Riding. That is lack of professionalism if you ask me.
Awesome company and people. I was at the end of a 10 day bike trip. I had my wife drive from Maryland to meet me. Jim from sales and some of the service staff loaded my bike in the truck so I could do the last 400 miles in comfort. They went above and beyond to help a stranger in need. Thanks again guys.
No follow up. No Test rides.
Great place to buy a motorcycle.
We purchased a jet ski here in 2014. The purchasing experience was fine but trying to Go back for service had been a struggle. Over the last few visits they have lost one Of our keys, incorrectly installed our trailer lights, and then been impossible to contact or schedule with. On top of damaging our jet ski they are also unfriendly and hard to work with. Currently in the process of trying to find another dealer for service.
The older guy behind the desk (gray hair specifically) was extremely rude when I asked about the sales on the tires then I humbly asked if they could install aftermarket parts which they don’t either because a)they don’t want to be liable if it breaks or doesn’t work which is understandable but to me i got the vibe he said no because b)I didn’t buy the parts from them. He said out the door both tires would cost about $525 plus tax I declined and he tried to shoo me off instead of working with me so I immediately called 2 other bike shops that said they would do it for $399 and $350 with no hesitation so another thing is they are a lil pricey...the other two younger guys were really cool but that older guy is miserable and possibly racist avoid him at all costs!!
Just bought the red 2019 ninja Kawasaki 400cc.The sales guy n rest of staff are great. They let me look without rushing a sale,n gave me info.n details bout the ninja.would recommend, Dealer is clean n sales staff works with you. to get you best price on everything you need
Helpful staff and competitive prices
I have bought over 4 bikes there and will continue to. Great sales and service after the sale. I like bikes but they have sweet watercrafts too. Go look at them now is the season.
They pretty much always have what I need. There counter people need more training though
I have been to New England Cycle Center several times. I have been here for service, parts, and to look at bikes but I have not bought a bike here. In all cases I have had good to Great experiences here. I cannot say it is my go-to dealership... But my experiences have been positive.
I purchased my Yamaha 700 Raptor here and the sales and service have been great. I have dealt with other dealers in the past and would never buy anywhere else but New England Cycle. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Been buying bikes from Brandon for ever.... Good staff...
I had a great experience purchasing my new Suzuki RM-Z450 from New England Cycle Center. The dealership is very clean, and has many parts and accessories in stock to get you out riding as quickly as possible. Brandon Priolo is my contact over there in sales, and is the best in the business. Brandon took the time to explain everything in order to make it the best sales experience possible. I would highly recommend anyone to consider New England Cycle Center for their next bike purchase.
I first became a customer at New England Cycle Center last September. The employees there--both sales and service--are highly knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of bikes and equipment is pretty big and could potentially be overwhelming, but the staff can help you find just what you need. Unless of course, you would rather just wander around the store for awhile, and then its nice to know that they wont stalk you (like you might find at a car dealership!). As a new rider, they helped me to find the perfect bike, and Im sure they will help me grow my collection over the years!
They were really great help to us, by putting our Suzuki motorcycle to run. Staff is Great! I highly recommend them to anyone.
Great service and parts department. Purchased numerous items and they were prompt to call when parts arrived!
These guys were awesome. I just arrived after 6 days on the road from California. They made time to give my bike a safety cjeck and an oil change. Runnimg like new.
Good motorcycle place. Lots of parts and friendly service.
Just bought at gsxr from them cash and also ordered a helmet. Helmet was not available so the only way to get my money back was by check and ofcourse the guy the signs checks was not there.. Wont go back there again after getting refunded..
My first motorcycle!!, good service.
Brandon in sales was great. Got me the bike I wanted at a great interest rate!! Love my new Suzuki. I definitely recommend New England Cycle Center, you wont be disappointed!!!
Huge thumbs up to New England Cycle Center and Jim Tabor! Long story, but Jim helped me out of a jam with a VFR1200 Honda when he could have just ignored my situation,,....he didnt. I live in another state, have never been to their shop, and they dang sure didnt help out for the money! CHEERS to New England Cycle Center, wish these guys nothing but the best!
Great service! Bob is an ace in service. Dave is wonderful to deal with. Awesome shop.
I recently had service (tires changed) on my Kawasaki KLR650. They did a great job on the bike. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend them.
These guys are the best, bought my first bike from them and i loved how far they went to make me happy, i will definitely always buy from them and will tell everyone about them!
Ive been coming here for years for my parts needs and always been satisfied. Good turn around on ordered stuff as well.
That place is awesome excellent customer service awesome I want to say thank you jim and Brandon for helping me on purchasing my 2007 Yamaha Road Star excellent bike I recommend this place to everybody so very great place to purchase your motorcycle and accessories and great mechanics
Parts are great. Buy allot of stuff here. Never had any issues. Shopping parts sometimes takes a little time
I just purchased a 2016 Yamaha Grizzly from New England Cycle Center. We worked the details out with Gary and found him to be extremely honest and fair. He had excellent knowledge of his products and we were able to reach an agreement pretty quickly. When the ATV arrived there was a little bit of confusion about what we had agreed upon, but after checking the receipt Gary came through with exactly what we had been promised (we upgraded a standard item). Another salesman, Jim, threw in some freebies just to make sure that we were satisfied. Nothing but good things to say about these guys; they totally came through on a great deal with a great machine. I live near Danbury and I will make the drive to Hartford for my next purchase; Highly recommend them!, good solid people.
This place is amazing they have the best price other should check them out
New and improved well sense the last time I was there
The service staff are the best, they dropped everything for me for an emergency repair on my shift lever. I was highly impressed.
Guys here are really helpful. Awesome place to buy parts or to get a bike.
My experience there is always good and they treat me very well
Just Purchased a FZ-07 from here. Not only am i extremely pleased with this bike. I couldnt say a bad word about the process, price, or help from the guys at NECC. Actually was surprised that i was able to show up on a week day at 4:30pm and come home with a bike that day! Brandon was a great guy to deal with and i have no complaints. I would recommend taking a look at this place if you are in the market for a new bike.
Geof was friendly, courteous and busy. He still took good care of me. Will definitely be back.
Some nice employees parts in stock .....not like likly will have to order them
I bought I 2016 Raptor 700 R about a month ago, the sales rep Brandon was the best and went above and beyond to make me happy !!The Service was great and I would recommend them 100%.I am in direct sales and lol sales people drive me nuts ...(Brandon however was a class Act) If you go there to Buy anything look for Brandon you will not be disappointed.
Went to purchase a new helmet which they didn’t have in stock so I placed an order which should have been in the next day. Then after waiting 1 whole week with no updates, I had called them myself to check while they then informed me of the helmet being on back order. As I perused to go to the store and check myself, the helmet I had ordered had been sitting on the shelf for sale to anyone. Even after confronting them of them putting the helmet to sale to anyone without informing me, the employees just tried to blame other employees for their terrible service. Therefore I highly DON’T recommend New England Cycle Center and highly DO recommend Connecticut Power and Sport.
Good selection. Conveniently located right off the highway. Prices are ok, not the best around. They do have a winter Lay Away Plan.
No customer service at all. We walked in and were ignored for 10 minutes before we approached some one. Then we were told their website is not correct for what they have in stock. The person we tried to speak with had no interest in helping us at all.
Great place lots of bikes gear and parts. Ordered parts today will be in Monday or Tuesday. Stop in and talk to Bob, the have demo rides also.
Excellent customer service...even after the sale..Brandon is very helpful and great to work with...I would definitely purchase from them again!
Havent been here in a while but when I bought my R1 they were great
Great staff - Paul did everything in his power to get me a good rate on my loan and was very accommodating to my needs!
I got all my motorcycle stuff here the best place to buy parts or equipment I give it a 5 because the employees are nice they help you with everything you need
Good place, knowledgable, and will help you get what you need quick
I bought my used ninja 250 a few months ago, the service was great. Brought bike in for new tires and a few other service items, service was quick and easy
We waited a half hour for help and got none. They just want your money. Sad way to do business.
Called a few times and still no answer mail boxes were full in sales and parts..
In the past, Ive bought parts from them. I called with part numbers, asked if they had it in stock, and went to pick it up. No problems there. I also called once and spoke to Megan on a motorcycle I was interested in. She was very helpful and friendly - no problems there, either. My real qualm is with one of the salesmen. For the past two years, Ive had my eye on a 2005 Suzuki Bandit 1200 theyve had in stock. Well, the stars aligned, and I finally had the money to purchase the bike. I went down to look at it, only to be informed by the salesman (I cant remember his name - Jeff or Joe, maybe?) that it had been moved to their Columbia location. Not wanting to drive an hour and 15 minutes just to test ride a bike, I asked if there was any way they could get it back to Hartford. He said he wasnt sure if itd been moved because someone down there wanted to look at it, but he would check and get back to me the next morning.Next morning came - no call. I called the Columbia location myself and talked to the manager, who informed me it had just been moved to refresh inventory. I called NECC back and spoke with the same gentleman before and explained to him what the Columbia location had told me, and asked if they could get it back to Hartford so I could test ride the bike. He said he would talk to his manager, but he doesnt see why that couldnt be done, and hed call me back the next morning. Its been 4 days now, and Ive still heard nothing. Not a peep. I have decided not to call back and follow up, and will most likely take my business elsewhere. Last time I checked, the salesman were paid to do the footwork for you - theyre supposed to make your buying experience as hassle-free as possible. Youd think theyd jump at the prospect of someone buying something theyve had for sale for almost 2 years now, but apparently they dont want my business.Unless I absolutely have to, I will try not to give this dealership my business.
Service is very accommodating and will always work with you on price. Talk to dave in service. Very knowledgeable staff that helped a first time bike buyer.
I asked them to fix my jet ski because of a performance problem. They in turn arbitrarily performed unnecessary maintenance on my jet ski costing me close to $500. They even told me they never even bothered to turn the machine on to see what was wrong. Instead they blindly followed what some cashier wrote down of what could be wrong with it. They refused to make good on there obvious mistake even after speaking with them about this matter.I would never go back.
The customer service is great no pressure to buy just helpful advice if your in the market for a bike or parts apperal this Is the place to get it
Went to get a bike and they was trying to over charge me, then I wanted a different bike and they submitted the paperwork for a different bike so they can try to make more money of me. This people are pure scammers.. be careful and make sure you see what they sending to the bank before you give them the ok.. never again.
Worst experience they are careless parts department never answers the phone and I dropped of my gsxr 1000 for. Maintenance and tires they beat up my new rims while puttin on tires and left my radiator unplugged if I would’ve never look at my temp my engine would’ve blown never again working with them
I bought a bike there and had them look at one I bought from a private seller. Great customer service all around!
I buy all my gear and parts here and whatever they dont have theyre more than happy to order for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
They dont carry Suzuki anymore.
Just bought a bike from them great service great sales to thumbs up
Ive purchased several bikes from Gary M, he always got me the best price and a good rate on the financing!
Went in to buy my first helmet. First guy to greet us at the door offered to assist me but went off to help another customer after asking if I knew the circumference of my head and pointing us in the direction of some helmets. Then there was no one helping me to size a helmet correctly. About 10 minutes later a guy sees my trying on different helmets and asks if I need help and so he came to assist me. First helmet was a large but that wasnt the right size, went down to a medium and the only thing he checked to see if it fit correctly was the side to side motion of the helmet. With his guidance I took home a medium sized helmet. So then I went online to see how to properly fit a helmet and it is much more than just looking side to side to see if it fits. Im convinced they sold me an ill fitting helmet which would be dangerous if I had gone on a bike with it on. I will be going back with this helmet to exchange it with a smaller helmet that fits correctly.
Recently bought a new Yamaha FZ-09 from here. I delt with Brandon. I would recommend him to anyone. Very good customer service.
Super nice employees. Brandon in sales is always helpful and honest.
Has a nice selection only down fall is they dont work on pricess, i had 8500 cash to buy something they did not wanna work on price when i called them, so i made the hour to to motorsports nation where they gladly worked on the price, no one pays msrp price whem buying new. Has 3 stars because they do carrie alot of differnt types of yamaha kawis, seadoo in bikes atv jet skis sleds
I just purchase a 2011 18ft sea doo challenger from Steve in sales. He was very professoinal and He described this boat to the T. There was NO surprises when I got there. Steve followed up with calls and info, When I asked any questions. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. 5 star experience over all. Also Mark Buck in finance was Great. I live in Boston and have a summer home in N.H, Theres around 6 dealerships that I could of went to locally and purchase this same boat but they werent as professional and priced as these Guys. I would drive 2 hours again to do my business at New England Cycle Center. Thanks Armando G.
Just picked up a new Yamaha FJR. Bandon was a huge help and did a great job explaining the bike to me. Everyone was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience a breeze. The FJR is an exceptional ride. Extremely smooth and easy to ride.
I went to New England Cycle Center a few weeks ago after deciding to purchase a Yamaha motor scooter. I was greeted by a sales person who was an absolute gentleman named Brandon Priola. I was disappointed to discover that they did not have the model and color that I wanted. It was soon apparent to me that Brandon was not only very knowledgeable and genuine but, very patient and helpful as well. He started searching inventories on the computer to see if he could locate one for me. If he could find one and arrange a swap (possibly using personal connections in the industry) he may be able to get one in a week or so. If not, he may be able to get one from Yamaha but, that could be a month or more if even at all. He assured me that he would do his best and call me later that day to let me know if what he was able to find out. I left the dealership feeling that I may have waited too late into the season to purchase the scooter and was a bit disappointed. True to his word, Brandon called me that same evening telling me to come in the first thing in the morning to pick up my new scooter that the mechanic had been working on for the last three hours. I was certain that he was joking. It took a little while to convince me that he wasnt. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. The next morning I arrived at the dealership and sure enough, there was my scooter. Not only did they find me one, but arranged for their driver to pick it up and their mechanic to put it together for me. I was astounded by the incredible effort on everyones part to make this happen. I went to speak to the manager, Gary Moir who also is a wonderful gentleman to thank him for what he helped to facilitate. I was so moved and impressed by what they did for me. I was not some customer spending a lot of money on a high end bike yet they treated me like a V.I.P. Brandon then spent time with me to assist me in choosing some accessories and even loaded the scooter onto my truck. Needless to say, when Im ready to purchase a motorcycle in the future, I will be going to New England Cycle Center and dealing with Brandon and Gary. They could rewrite the manual on customer service. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!! Wish I could rate them 10 stars.
Place had all the little parts i needed to fix my dirtbike.
Excellent customer service!!!
Terrible service over phone. Very rude. I ask for a fuel stainer and they rudely gave me a price for the pump. A waste of time. I heads up everyone I my city not to go there. Go on Amazon or hmu for tune ups!
Always helpful got my 96 gsx-r running great they new the problem with out seeing the bike all I did was explain the nose and they new how to fix it
Guys behind the parts counter are useless. Dont know anything about snowmobiles and offered zero advice when I asked questions. Dont waste your time here.
The best place to go if you ever want to buy yourself a motorcycle customer service is great reasonable pricing on all motorcycles and accessories
Went in looking for a new jacket and some accessories. Salesmen immediately descended like sharks and became obviously upset when I didnt want to look at new bikes. I was in store with my 4 year old daughter. The whole time we were in there the salesmen were talking loud complaining about not having enough manpower to get s*** done, and how things are f@@@ crazy, so and so is an XYZ etc. Had to talk to my kid about how that wasnt good language. When the salesman got over his disappointment and came over to make a show of helping with jackets he didnt seem to know much. They were more interested in bad talking and complaining about customers. We left empty handed due to the attitude and language. I didnt feel like buying a jacket from them. I cant imagine ever making a large purchase like a bike or quad at this store.
First time in their, had great service, and the employees acculy wanted to help, nice for a change.
These guys are super great. No hassles, just making things work and get done.
Gary is a good guy when it comes to making a deal..
Nice facility a lots parts
I went into NECC to purchase a Stryker Motorcycle for my husbands bday..As a female I have to admit I was feeling a lil intimidated since I dont know anything about motorcycles..Eric Mac and Gary as well as other staff members offered me exceptional service and made me feel very comfortable during the entire transaction..I highly recommend NECC..Superb Customer Service...
Very knowledgeable about motorcycle parts and motorcycles in general
Even when they are wrong or mess up, thwy own it and make you whole again. Rare find in todays business climate!
Great service. I was considered a helmet elsewhere, and didnt even realize it wasnt the best fit until I came here.
Down to earth and cool people!
Very professional and experience is outstanding...
Great people and an unbelievable selection of bikes!
