Went down today to get a gas cylinder for my new Kegerator and they were super nice and welcoming!! Wish I caught the gentleman’s name but I must say he was knowledgeable straight to the point and very helpful! Their showroom was very nice and well laid out. I will certainly be using these guys as my source going forward!! Well done gents. I recommend these guys to friends and family all day long!Edit: on a second note I walked in ten minutes before closing and there was no rush or haste to get me out the door. Thank you

NoGas that what they should be call. 3 weeks trying to get my tank filled. Next move call them to tell them get the tank out of here. Ill get someone else here that wants business.

I have been a customer with All Gas for several years and have never had an issue with them. Everyone in the company from the people who installed our tank, inspected our gas line and all the people in customer service have been wonderful. They deliver gas when they will and are friendly while doing it. The customer service reps that answer the phone are all friendly and courteous. I can’t say anything bad about this company! Good service is hard to find these days - I highly recommend All Gas.

My only experience with this company was when we bought our new house and we had to deal with them because they contracted with the previous owners for a single propane tank. When I called them to get an understanding of the contract/service they had outdated information. They didnt seem to want to work to keep us as their customer. They figured it was easy money. Total contrast to State Line Oil in Granby who had a rep come out to explain the contract and the equipment and what we would be getting if we stuck with them. I decided they earned our business. I called All Gas back to tell them we had their tank disconnected and asked if they could come pick it up. The rep on the phone, Sandy?, was incredibly rude. Told me she had no idea when they could get it. And gave me a nasty attitude when I said can you give me a timeframe? Im pretty sure she was the same woman I talked to who gave me misinformation about the records as well. Really miserable woman. I asked to be sent over to a manager when I called back and she somehow picked up the phone when they patched me through. She wasnt the manager. In reality when I talked to another rep she told me they pick the tanks up at their convenience when they are in the area. If I had been told that to begin with without attitude it wouldnt have been a problem. It took them two months to pick up the tank. And then they had the nerve to charge me for it. Had they made an effort like State Line maybe theyd still have a paying customer instead of someone who would highly recommend people go elsewhere for propane/gas needs.

Customer service was above and beyond. I saw this place online as a location to refill CO2 for a kegerator. Refill cost was $45 but they treated me like a VIP. Took time to explain various things, offer possible solutions, and generally acted like they appreciated my business, as small a ticket as it was. Definitely my go-to place going forward!

Went to buy a 5 lb CO2 tank. Good service. Nice price. Everyone was friendly. HOWEVER, none of the staff were wearing masks, and they were not physical distancing. If I was not wearing an N95 mask, I would not return to the store.

Experienced extraordinary customer service at All Gas! They really know their stuff and want to do right by their customers. They quickly filled an empty CO2 tank, provided assistance with the regulator, and offered helpful advice to make my kegerator perform better. And their prices are very competitive. Pleasant service over the phone, however once i’d arrived, the service I needed was unable to be performed due to many excuses. First before even looking at my hardware, began talking about an adapter that was going to be needed and then decided to take a look and fill me in on the regulation of tanks and how often they need to be refurbished or whatever terminology they used at the time. Cross training amongst phone service and customer service is suggested. This way she can know the products, and he can understand how to properly assess and manage a better customer base.

I have been referring my customers to Scott from All Gas for 5 years now. As soon as I refer one our prospects, he calls before I hang up the phone it feels like! Makes a site visit that accommodates our customers needs. And has a wonderful personality and great work ethic. Scott also always follows up with all parties involved. I highly recommend Scott!

THE SALES REP AT THE COUNTER TRY CHARGING ME $218 FOR A 20CU FT NITROGEN TANK. I WAS ABLE TO GET A 40CU FT TANK FOR $178 AT AIRGAS.

Picked up a CO2 tank for the keg we have at my job. Such a pleasant purchase experience. Super kind staff member that helped me, offered a beverage while I waited and had someone bring the tanks out to my car. Prime example of how good service should be.

I checked my daughters propane tank meter and discovered it was alarmingly low and would not last through the weekend. Sandy, in the main office, understood the gravity of the situation and arranged for a driver to come to fill the tank the same day I called. I am so grateful for their quick response and caring attitudes. Thank you ALL-GAS!!!

Not often do you find a place that has fantastic customer service, caring employees as well as prices that are better than most. Ive gone there a handful of times over the past year, and I have nothing but nice things to say.

I went there to fill a new 5lb co2 tank for kegera tor. They filled in 5 minutes. It was less expensive than others that swap your new tank with an old. Very professional. Nice place

I always use Aero All gas for my helium. first time ever the tank was half full. moving forward after the first incident I never had anymore issues within 5-6 years later. I highly recommend them for helium.

I dont know who wrote the below reviews but this company is horrible. Employees are rude no matter who you talk to. You get a different story every time you call. They screw up billing on a regular basis. I am so disgusted by this company and they have us by the you know what because they own the tank. Worst customer service ever.
