We had Thielmann install a new furnace and air conditioner unit a little over 5 years ago. They have been servicing the units over that timeframe.Well, today I woke up and found a big puddle of water on our basement floor. And I had to get to work, no time to try the old homeowner fix it.Called Thielmann, they were out to our house in less than 2 hours! They quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a plugged drain line. Cleared the line, checked the valves, they were plugged too. Cleaned them.Went into the furnace and saw a little water, so they cleaned it out.Told us to run the fan for a couple hours to dry everything out and to call if we need anything else.Charged a minimum amount to do this work.Very happy that they could come out so quickly and impressed that they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

We were looking to have our 20+ year old AC and furnace replaced. Put in for an appointment online and received communication only a few hours later. Jason came out the next day to walk through options. Quotes for various configurations were provided the following day. We were unable to get on the docket until the end of the month but since we were hosting a birthday party (and the AC gave up the ghost the week before) they scheduled to have someone come out the following week to help us get up and running as a goodwill gesture. They ended up getting someone (Tommy) out that same day! Tommy was able to repair our system enough that the AC is cooling the house again. Its been a week and so far so good. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with thus far and Im quite happy with the customer care shown. Looking forward to giving another positive review after the installation of the new system is complete.

Their installers are well - experienced and friendly. Made sure they installed Mini - split system where we wanted it. They beat every ones price out of the 3 area estimates we obtained. If I owned another house in Wisconsin I would gladly have them install an a/c there too. Great estimate, great people, quality work. Call them today!!! I did!!!

Thielmann & Son is a great business with which to deal. The service team is promopt and thorough. The sales team was quick to come out. The installers were confident and experienced. I am glad we went with them for servicing our old furnace and for getting our new furnace as well.

Great service from the estimate through the installation. Steve gave us options for both heating and A/C and didnt push just one system.Tim and Dylan were great on the installation and were patient, professional and accurate when adjustments to the install were needed. Tim was also great when he explained our new thermostats to me. Dylan was conscientious and both were respectful of our home.

Theilmann & Son is a great company to work with. Our tech Tommy was professional and courteous!!!! He was great about having to deal with the covid-19 situation. I had to have emergency ac work done, and the whole company as a whole was great about getting to me even though I wasnt on the schedule originally. They are working with my insurance to replace my unit. Once again I cant say enough what a class act Tommy was!!! If you need anything done HVAC related these guys should be your first call!!!

Had a new furnace installed to replace a 20+ yr old unit. The price was very good (better than I expected anyway) and Heath was very professional. As a professional installer myself, I appreciated the attention to detail in regards to wires and ductwork being neat and tidy, it went a long way to satisfy my OCD. It might be a sign of middle age that I think a furnace can be pretty, but my furnace is pretty ;) I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Our furnace broke down in early January. We contacted Thielman through Costco as they are their contract dealer. Steven came right in the afternoon, and checked the old furnace, not worthy to repair, and quoted a new one, scheduled the installation in two days. Tim and Dylan came on time, installed the furnance with great workmanship, everything was perfect. I watched the whole time. They are hardworking, nice and professional. All the paperworks are perfect too. We received all the rebates. It is two months now. everything is perfect. We cannot be more happier. Our AC will need to replace soon. We will certainly ask them to do it. Have great respect to these gentlemen!

Found this company through Costco Special Orders as we are Costco members. Our installers Heath, Chris & Dillion did an amazing job installing our new Lennox furnace and filter box! They came promptly at the time agreed and took only but a few hours to remove the old furnace and install the new one. They explained how everything works and did a full walk-thru at the end. Cant say enough good things about them and Thielmann & Son. Thanks Costco for the partnership!
