The gentleman behind counter spent nearly 20 minutes helping me find a part that they dont even sell, additionally he was able to help me better plan my project with his knowledge of rigging. A customer service experience to remember

If I could give zero stars I would This place is a joke. About a month ago I tried to buy simple Allen head cap screws. They did not have complete bags because someone had torn them open and taken small handfuls so not only did they make me buy the incomplete bags but they had to order me more hardware. It took over a week for the new hardware to arrive and then they tried to charge me again even though I was able to show proof of payment. I argued with the clown manager for 10 minutes until finally calling it a $50 loss and walking out. I will never step foot in this place again

This is a useless store with unhelpful employees. The store is often closed early before the hours end.
