The guys working the customer counter are great, easy to deal with and fast. My favorite wholesale electrical supplier in the Hartford area. Its easy to get to, close to all the highway entrances and downtown.

I like the fact they the staff is focused on taking care of the customer, helpful and very knowledgeable.

The sign in front of the store clearly says rexel opens at 6:00am. I should not have to wait until 6:15 for a staff member to unlock the door and then start pulling an order for another customer who does not have a will call waiting. The whole point of using rexel is because they open at 6. I have not had this issue at any other branch.

From the front to back the staff and managers are knowledgeable about the material they sell and well professional when it comes on to customer service.

Always has most everything you need Lou is a big help at the counter he knows his stuff.
