The experience is good and their staffs were nice.

I was chocked out and robbed. The people went to this store multiple times in the night. I called expressed to check id as it is the law. All the workers and mangers mark said 90% of people don’t have ID so they can’t check for them or they would be turning away 90% of people. I well maybe a law suit will be on there hands because it happens here all the time it’s the same people who do it all night. I’m definitely filling a law suit over this store and company.

Cashier has no customer service skills. Refused to respond to my greeting and treated customers like they were non-existent. Security person was the most polite one in the store. What a shame for Walgreens to employ people, who clearly don’t want to work.

It is a chain pharmacy that sells cheapest medicine possible ie MYLAN if you cant take Mylan medication will not order different medication, store is highly expensive and no good for shopping, you could pic up a loaf of bread or milk but you will pay way more than grocery store just another big chain store that is slow to fill prescriptions, i use Westown Pharmacy bc there a local buissness, are friendly and accommodating and know your first name when you enter store.

I love the fact that its open 24 hours, its my late night go to spot because its very convenient for me being its close to my house in downtown Hartford Connecticut, They have a good variety of products you can get food items, cleaning products and prescriptions items.This particular Walgreens between Park Street and Washington Street sells frozen food and canned goods, you can get milk, eggs, cheese, breads, cereal, butter, ect ect.They also have a large selection of snacks cookies, peanuts, chips and all types of candies from chocolate bars to gummy bears and chewing gum. Its usually not too crowded and the lines move fast-ish but for some reason they use the only have one cashier working even though theres two registers Im pretty sure there will be even faster service if they utilize both of them registers.Anyways its a great place to pick up prescriptions being that they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week you can get your prescription in the middle of the night if you need to which is what makes this location so valuable.

Evan, the store manager and Mr. Patel are always nice and friendly. Their customer service is always on point. I frequent the store and I see them always helping out other customers. Store is clean and organized.

Brought my mother to get COVID19 vaccine this morning and had a great experience at the pharmacy. Thank you especially to Dipal & Kris who helped us! Very kind, welcoming and professional. Appreciate all your help during this hectic time!

I will never use this location again. I came here to pick up a perscription and was embarrassed and accused of attempting to steal on my way out. I will still support walgreens but not this particular location.

Ill give it a 4 because its clean they answer the phone properly greet and look for my product for now it would of been a 5 if staff wouldnt be chit chatting while customers are in the stores I paused and wait till till they were finished to then ask my question 🤔 customers service is very important!

A staple go to pharmacy if you are staying in Hartford or visiting someone at the hospital. The parking lot is old and outdated and gives doubts about whether you should go in. Spaces are difficult to find and amazingly small to fit so most other people just park however they like.They also have panhandlers near the entrance which can be ignored, but come on, wheres the security?Once inside everything is clean and workers generally have a smile on their. There are dollies with merchandise in some aisles almost every time I go but clean nonetheless. The aisles have many selections that cater to just about every need and the oddball novelty as well.The pharmacy during the day here unfortunately is terrible. Long waits and people in a foul mood with lack of staff some days dont help either.The photo lab is a problem too because when you need help on the machine either no one is around or they are ringing out customers, which is annoying.The seasonal aisles are the only problem I think in the cleanliness of this particular store and what I mean is that its almost always empty.But a good place for late night munchies or picking something up for a friend or relative at the hospital.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional

I never leave reviews. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience deserves a poor review. The cashier didn’t speak English well enough to clarify my question about a coupon and just looked at me like I was a nuisance and rolled her eyes a few times. She kept pointing to the card reader trying to get me to pay. I left my items and shortly after she gave a nice man a hard time about a plastic bag. She wouldn’t deal with either of these problems herself. Both instances she called a manager or someone over to help. VERY poor customer service. I’ve been a cashier before and no one I have ever worked with has given such poor customer service.

Very very unprofessional. The spanish guy who handles the FedEx counter is extremely rude and has no idea what hes doing. The manager supports him in being rude. FedEx would take a note of this location and plan to shift it elsewhere

Dirty parking lot extremely dirty !! I went in anyway asked if they had a bathroom the worker didnt even look at me said nope and said something in Spanish to her coworker and they both laughed ! Very unprofessional! I went to cash out and the cashier was laughing and joking with the Spanish customer in front of me so I said good afternoon how are you today and she snubbed me! Never said a word to me!! Didnt give me my total or thank me for my purchase!! Never again will I step foot in this store NEVER !!

WORST PHARMACY EVER! Pharmacy techs are unprofessional. The talk about patients right in front of other patients. They have employees back there that arent certified pharmacy technicians, can you say LAW BREAKERS ?!!! I have never had a bad experience at a pharmacy until today. If you are going to this pharmacy make sure you read your prescription because they clearly cant and they will probably get your doctors order wrong. Way to go Fortune 500 company! Not!

Unprofessional and not knowledgeable in pharmacy department. Mislead me to believe that a prescription was ordered 3 weeks later it comes to my attention that they can not order and had to transfer prescription to another pharmacy... ridiculous and wasted my time. If I can give it no stars I would. Always have trouble with refills too.

I’ve been sending out packages here for 3 weeks all packages have been 1st day priority shipping. These degenerates are the most unprofessional lazy imployees I’ve seen since my days working fast food. 1st of all for those of you confused I’ve sent several packages here that I pay over $75 each to arrive to there destinations 1st day. These imployees don’t even check the name of the shipper on the package or when it’s sapposed to be shipped out. My customers have received broken products due to the Spanish man who handles the packages being rough with them and not reading the fine print that says fragile “THIS SIDE UP” I spent my last few nights awake worried about my packages worrying about bad reviews from my customers and I am tired of it! I called the Walgreens the next morning since my 1st day priority package was not sent out and the lady who answered the phone assured me it was shipped out. 15 minutes later I call FedEx customer service to confirm if she was telling the truth and she was lying the package was still there the next day! I call back the store and ask for the manager and he tells me that she read the name of the receiver when she spoke to me and didn’t read the name of the shipper. If your imployees are to lazy to read the full label of a FedEx package then you shouldn’t be aloud to run a FedEx service I’ve had to refund customers for shipping and damages product due to Walgreens unprofessional and lazy imployees they need a real manager in that store to put those idiots in line and to get them to do there job! The manager also hung up on my face only so the idiot could call me back 5 minutes later because FedEx customer service told him to. Thank you FedEx customer service but Walgreens in Hartford you guys need to get your stuff together.

I live down the street from this pharmacy and I prefer to drive an additional 2 or 3 miles to the next pharmacy. The wait time is is horrible. You have to wait in drive thru always. Pharmacist attitude are horrible.

Very high for ladt minute things but open 24 hours if you. Or a family are ill and in need of meds gingerale or a script

My favorite Wallgreens to go to for all my needs! They have all my facial creams that stops my breakouts.

This pharmacy has far too many customers and not enough employees to accommodate them. Lines are long to fill prescriptions and if you call you get the same message over and over there is one call ahead of you yet you wait for over 20 minutes before finally hanging up. I steer clear of this particular Walgreens.
