I like the cvs the location and hours are convenient, the employees are friendly and helpful, however, I had to minus a star because being the plant lover that i am, I am appalled at their lack of care for the living houseplants they sell. They have cactuses and aloe plants which do fine without water but their other plants look horrible. I get that plants aren’t exactly the same as humans or animals but it still is a living thing and need to be cared for. Stick to drug store merchandise.

Simple card transactions are too difficult for clerk Stephanie. She made a mistake and apologies from her and senior worker non-existent. Other workers practise courtesy.

In case this is not general knowledge, this store will not refund for dysfunctional headphones purchased less than 24 hours earlier, so go elsewhere. Clerk also refused to post a sign telling people that all electronics from this 1 store are sold without guarantee/quality assurance.

I work and live in downtown so I shop here all the time and know most if not all of the staff (Who are awesome by the way ❤️)....I went there today about an hour ago and while shopping I noticed that this creep was following me around the store and while I was trying my best to avoid him one of the managers came down the aisle and asked if I knew who he was which I obviously didn’t and she immediately asked him to leave the store! So I just wanted to leave a quick review and say thank you to all of the staff that saw what was happening and quickly put a stop to it! I had no idea that anyone even noticed but they did and while I’ve seen them put up with ALOT working at this location this was a first for me... So thank you and know you are appreciated!

Really beautiful CVS in an excellent downtown location. The only shortcoming is that it closes super early. I hope they expand the hours, but even so its wonderful to finally have such a nice CVS downtown.

I went to print some pictures last Thursday and some photos didnt come out good even though it was high quality. Some pictures came out good, some are blurry, and some are terrible, so I didnt pay for the terrible ones.The lady at the checkout said I should pay for all of the pictures next time, and in my head I was like as if Im coming back again next time to print some more pictures.

The new location is pretty nice. The store is open and doesnt feel cramped like the last spot. Staff was friendly and the time I went around 10am it wasnt very crowded at all.

Great location downtown and they are stocked with everything you can need. I didnt find the lines to be too long, but I went in the late afternoon.

Staff that has been working there for years so Im comfortable. Ive been with cvs for years now. Its a place where I can find what I need.

This place is always clean and organized and the staff is always helpful! Usually when I go to other retail places, it’s very messy, but this place always look very nice!

A bad pharmacy is one that, after repeatedly receiving the same exact monthly prescriptions, fails to keep enough medicine in stock to fill those scrips. This pharmacy has never stocked itself to be able to fill my recurring prescriptions and there is always a messy story about why it will take longer than normal for this pharmacy to get more meds in stock. Unprofessional, inconvenient, frustrating and amateur.

Found the personal hygiene items I needed, good selection.

Pretty much the only convenience store in downtown. Prices are definitely a little inflated but I guess they can be with the location.

My experience was not with the pharmacy, but with the employees. They are ignorant and rude. They are beyond unprofessional and get loud if you complain or have a comment about the poor service they have provided. Ive seen them argue with customers and shout across the room as if they are in a field calling hogs. We have visitors to the local hotels and convention center complain about the attitudes these employees have. It gives the city a bad name and provides a bad experience to people spending money in the state. CVS Corporate, there are many unemployed people that I know would be happy to have a job and would be great at your store, You dont have to settle for what you currently have on that staff. Please consider either retraining these individuals or hiring ones that have some sense of common decency and respect for both themselves and the customer.
