Great staff, very courteous, professional and customer service is awesome. Fruit is always fresh and if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied they will deal with the issue promptly. I recommend this location for anyone whos in the Downtown Hartford area.

They don’t even answer the phone so don’t expect to get ahold of anyone. The fruit was nothing special, definitely did not look professional, it was messy. Paid out of the roof for something I could’ve done at home. First and last time ordering an edible arrangement. Don’t do it.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I placed an order online for delivery on Mothers Day. My mom moved so I called them to update her address. The employee I spoke to mis spelled the address and nothing was ever delivered to her. I called in the next day to let them know she never received it and was told I would get a call back with a resolution. 2 days later, no call back. I called in again and the OWNER answers the phone, he was disgustingly rude he wouldnt even listen to me but immediately responded saying I know you got it I sent the driver to your address I can give you store credit only he then hung up on me and I had to call back once again to then speak to one of his employess that finally issued me a refund (which I have not yet received).TO THE RUDE OWNER: IF YOUR GOING TO HIRE INDIAN EMPLOYEES LIKE YOURSELF THEN MAKE SURE THEY CAN SPEAK & SPELL IN ENGLISH! BLAMING THE CUSTOMER THATS PUTTING MONEY IN YOUR POCKETS IS SHAMEFUL. I WASNT EVEN OFFERED ANYTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM SURE IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, ONE DAY YOU WILL RUN OUT OF BUSINESS.

The staff at this location is very kind and helpful. I spoke with Claire and she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement for my sisters birthday. I cant stress how grateful I am to this location for helping me super last minute with this wonderful surprise for my sister.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!My wife and I ordered an edible arrangement for my Mother (and paid additional delivery fee for that day) which was never delivered. Not only was it never delivered, but the order status was changed to delivered at 10pm on the purposed delivery date. This is interesting as the store itself closes at 3pm. After 3 full days of calling the store and the corporate office, we finally were able to get someone on the phone who issued a refund for the order (which we have not yet received). The corporate office was also not able to get in contact with the store, so Im not sure if this place is even open anymore. Unless you want to waste your time and money do not order from this store.

Scammers here do not buy anything from here they will send something different to your receiver. and bad strawberry covered with chocolate. stay away from this place the owner so cheap and will scamming you. no refund at all and charging you $15 for delivery and they will leave it outside on at the door.

Let me begin by stating that this review is MY experience, and my very first “delivery” order with this location. Non-the-less I was very disappointed. Unsatisfactory customer service. The Arrangement did not arrive to its destination at confirmed time requested and recipients had to leave for vacation. Spoke to manager (Melissa I believe she said her name was) was extremely rude and talked very fast and attempted to talk over me (talked while I was talking). Glad this conversation was via phone and not in person. She had quite the nerve to explain to me that, I quote “ it all worked out. The arrangement was too big, if they had to leave at 11 they would have never been able to finish it and the fruit would go bad because they can’t take the arrangement to the airport”.....yes I reiterate so glad this discussion was over the phone. The resolve was that I could not get a refund as requested however they agreed to refund the delivery fee of $14.99 and a store credit. I get it... I’m okay with policies; however, to be spoken to in such a demeaning and rude manner is appalling. After retrieving my Arrangement I will hopefully NEVER have to deal with the Pratt street location ever again. Unpleasant experience.

Manager is rude. Do not work here. Constant eye rolls and a bad attitude. Should have given her more of a piece of my mind. Only one full week of training and they expect you to run a whole store by yourself. The owner is cheap. Any other store and you will have 2 people working all day and a designer on the clock til 5. And the owner is racist...and RUDE as well. Do not let this company take your money. Go somewhere else or buy fruit yourself. Complete waste of time and money.

Ordered and paid on line May 6th to pick up today May 10 @10:30 a.m. at 93 Pratt st Hartford Ct. After arriving there and waiting in line for over an hour, got to the door to be told that no more orders were going to be made because no one wanted to work, did not get my arrangements or a refund, and I call the store and corporate and no one answers the phone Smh I want my money back!!

The store manager was very rude over the phone! My order was just made and thrown into the box and the pineapples where not fully covered! She said she made it personally and they were made how there suppose to be. Instead of fixing the problem she gave me an attitude and said she’ll add a 6ct box for $20 to my order. Very disappointed.

Terrible service and loads of inconveniences...my husband had placed an order as a birthday surprise to be delivered to my job and the delivery was not only incomplete but the delivery guy tried forcing the merchandise through a small window to the wrong person. He was completely unprofessional and irritated that he had to return back to my job and deliver the rest of the order. When my husband called the manager, he was promised a free order for the “inconvenience”. My husband went to go pick such order up and it was no where to be found.

Worst service! Manager was super rude according to her she was just “ new manager or the location “ telling at me over the phone because I was trying to explaining what had has happened ! Took them 7 moths to give me a refunds and after all that time hey manager tell me they can’t give me my money back, which is ridicules because it was their fault that my order was not delivered the day I wanted to. Never ordering for him and I will tell people to never come to this store the worst manager and service!

They need to have a minus standard. It must be a front. They really dont want ya business. They tried to deliver a Valentines order, the day after. This only after a complaint was filed. Order was to be delivered only blocks away. And, they lied about it.

Very poor delivery! Hi pay delivery to b drop off building next door 4 Valentines Day.2/14/17... And the next day is 10:30am and no delivery yet very disappointed.... I just to order from them often until 2/15/17 the delivery is not yet done. I wish that I have been told at the moment so I wouldnt place as a delivery order...or maybe make other arrangements...

My first time ever ordering something from Edible Arrangements was awful. I ordered the all Green viggie drinkKALESPINISHAVOCADOLEMONORANGEFLAXSEEDI was told no more spinish so would i like extra kale, i told the young lady ok i guess. I noticed the young lady picking up the avocado to place in the cup for sone reason she did not get it to drop in which was good for me because the top part of the avocado was brown. I asked for a fresher avocado however im not sure if she respected my request.Make a long story short my drink was made it did taste great once i finished my cup about 1/2 to hour i started to feel stomach pain. I was in the bathroom all not at work throwing up my body is still feels horriable. The drink was purchased on May 5th 2017. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN.
