On 9/25/21 this dealer intentionally blocked access to a ChargePoint EV charging station because of an event nearby that they didnt want to provide parking for. This was unfortunately where we had planned to stop and charge on our trip and caused significant hardship as a result. If youre not going to allow parking for others you should make an exception to the ChargePoint member community since youre providing the service.

Thought we were getting a good deal... Guess not! We went in to purchase a used car off their lot. Seemed as though things were going great. They went thru car, said it was great, we took delivery of car, happy. First long drive, it comes up with an error code that requires immediate attention, DO NOT DRIVE. Brought it to our certified mechanic, came up with (SEVEN) 7 codes. $1000 later, this dealership wont warrantee, after being told if there was anything within 30 days to let them know. Not even an offer to cover any portion of the bill. Too bad... The new F-type really tickled my husbands fancy... Oh well... Not worth buying a car from a dealership you cant trust! Our young salesman had seemed great. As a salesperson, your reputation is all you have! Aligning yourself with a dishonest dealership will only bring you down, and hard... I told him to run far and run fast.
It was a comfortable experience with Bill. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, & very pleasant. He also had a great personality! We would purchace there again & tell family& friends to give them a try before going elsewhere.

We had a very good purchase experience here. We dealt with Ryan, who was great to work with, and was very knowledgeable about the cars and was very patient with us through multiple visits. All of our requests were responded to very quickly.Unlike some other recent car purchases, we werent pushed to purchase anyting additional throughout the entire process, including with F&I. No hidden fees or up charges.There are tons of options out there in this range. However, if you really enjoy driving, test drive a Jaguar before you decide on any other competitive brand. Once we drove the F Pace, there was no question we would be purchasing one.

I was super excited to come and test drive a F-pace after having been recommended by my friend who purchased her F-Type there. I walked in and asked to test drive a vehicle at noon and the response was a laugh followed by the representative saying to make an appointment because they were busy. I am taken aback by the low level customer service especially since Jaguar is a high end luxury brand. I gasp at the treatment of a new customer eager to test drive and hear about leasing options. The experience alone was below par from my expectation.

Terrible service! Salesman misquoted me. Finance manager doesnt return calls. I was told from salesman that its normal practice for 3 to 4 days to complete sales. ???? Never heard of this we have bought several calls. Wrote to not have etching of vin $200..was charged and still havent seen refund that was promised. I left remains in old trade. Salesman said he would mail when I mail additional key. Then he said he mailed and he didnt. Lies after lies. Other dealerships you can go to. Also left message for owner Valenti with no call back.My car was registered to wrong location. All paperwork in limbo. Nobody knows what they are doingStay away from this one!!!!

Very professional and accommodating. Keith took time to explain the features as well as how to activate. The sale manager also took time out to discuss the XF with me and Jaguar cars in general. Chris the Service Manager also advice me on pros and cons from a service point of view of the different Jaguars I was test driving. Through this aforementioned staff it made my decision easy. Please note that I was looking also at Mercedes and the Porsche Panorama. This is my 5th Jaguar and its through the attention to details and working with me is the reason I purchase another Jag from Hartford Jaguar and formerly Stevens Jaguar.

I just recently purchased my 2011 Jaguar XK from Jaguar Hartford and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The entire staff went out of their way to show me how much they valued my business and even the paperwork was a breeze. I live near Paramus NJ but chose to drive the 2 hours to Hartford because they had the best inventory of Jaguars. I will highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
Service dept. did an excellent job in programming remote fobs on my 96 XJ6. Chris was very accommodating in getting me in when my schedule gliched. He also shared with me helpful info. pertaining to my older Jag. I enjoy working on this car myself but will certainly trust their expertise for any issues beyond my ability and will revisit the dealership.
Bob was Nedorostek was nasty and yelled at me when I told him that I got a better price elsewhere. Most people who are looking at cars shop a price that they got. His manager wasnt helpful when I called to discuss my experience with him. They dont know how to talk to people and I wouldnt even walk into this dealership!
We had an excellent experience at Jaguar Hartford. Everyone was very friendly and we were introduced to pretty much everyone in the showroom. The was no pressure and they let us test drive the variations of the car we wanted. We were looking at the Jaguar F-Type which is a two seater so my wife and I had to test drive each model separately which was not problem.They even made a mistake during the purchase and did everything possible to resolve it in anyway that was acceptable to us. You really can tell the quality of a dealership in how they handle things when something goes wrong and they did everything we could expect to make things right.Oh and the car is absolutely amazing. The comments we receive and thumbs up from people on the highway are unbelievable.I would highly recommend both the F-Type S and Jaguar Hartford.

Beware they gave me a bill for 1065.00 saying i needed front brakes on my car they failed to fix a coolant leak in a week I brought my car to another Jaguar dealership who fixed the coolant leak the next day didnt say anything about front brakes they gave me a evaluation of my car and in it, it said I had 70 % of front breaks left, Hope other people read this I dont think its right to try to charge people for things they dont NEED!!!!!!!!

I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime but my recent experience purchasing my new Jaguar from Jaguar Hartford was by far the best experience I have ever had. Their no pressure sales approached coupled with their extensive knowledge of the vehicle made the process totally enjoyable from beginning to end. In particular dealing with Keith Bodian my Salesperson along with Chris Aseltine the Dealership Sales Manager they both made an enjoyable process even more pleasant. Alan Ackerman the Dealership Business Manager also was extremely professional as he took the time to explain in detail all the various business points that we needed to cover along the way.I cannot recommend more highly this dealership should you be in the market for such a fine automobile as a Jaguar.

Chris was great, he was friendly, knowledgable, and provided me with the service I needed at a reasonable price. The rest of it was a nightmare; Im young, but I have aspirations like any other, I wanted more than anything else to test drive, or even just sit behind the wheel of a brand new Jaguar F-Type AWD so that I could know what it was like and how hard I needed to work to have one in my future. I was immediately shot down by the salesman that I asked, apparently my question was ridiculous and he would never let me test drive one. Nonetheless, I go to pick my up car tomorrow, and if all is well, then I suppose I will return for other repairs in the future, my oil pan was suggested to be replaced because of a leak and the quote was fair so a few weeks down the road I will return. As far as the repairs go, I was upset at first that a transmission was going in my car and they had not the slightest clue of the mileage (this upset me because my X-Type has 69k original miles and I didnt want a transmission with high mileage). However, Chris did reassure me that every test necessary was performed on the transmission and it was flushed, filled, and passed with flying colors. If anything made my experience bearable, it was Chris.

Horrible service, from the first phone call to dealing with the service department. They only survive because there is no other choice for jaguar service in the area. They should be out of business.
