Today was my first-time there and I will never go back. Attempted to have a professional conversation with the sales rep. It was totally impossible. During the entire conversation she continued to slurp and eat a large bowl of soup. Then all of a sudden another sales rep opens the entrance door, screams in to her Can you help this customer (a different couple), with color selections, all while shes still helping me. Then to top it off my rep becomes frustrated because she cant recreate the design of a photograph of a kitchen island that I showed her. Next thing I know she screams with an attitude across the showroom to another sales rep, Maybe you can help her because I cant! I have never felt so insulted as a customer before in my life. Obviously, my business wasnt significant enough to give the attention a customer normally expects in a place of business. A negative NEGATIVE THUMBS DOWN from me. Plus, I will tell anyone I know not to do business with such an awful place of business. Then again I guess Im the lucky one, since I wont be stuck paying a company that doesnt value my money!

Love my cabinets and counter! Nice place but hidden!

My husband and I went to the store next door and saw this place, figured we would check it out. We went in and started sharing our ideas. We brought in our room dimensions and appliance dimensions. Rachel was fantastic to work with. She helped us put our vision together in their 3D design studio, and really made it more realistic. We are in the beginning stages of our kitchen remodel and not sure if we will be using cabinets to go, but had a fantastic experience so far.

The in-store experience was excellent. Very friendly designer. Very helpful without being pushy. Prices were great, as long as your comfortable assembling the cabinets yourself. I was concerned with the drawer design. It kept coming off its tracks because you simply lift to pull out drawer, rather than using a click mechanism like other vendors. There were chips in the paint on their display cabinets which did not reflect well on the quality. Ultimately it was the companies poor online reviews that kept us away.

Nice cabinets. Staff is helpful and the order came in quick. I assembled the cabinets myself which was pretty straight forward. I do recommend that you have some more screws and glue on hand. We really like the cabinets and they look like expensive ones.

Wow. Really blown away by the quality of the work Cabinets To Go has to offer. Very affordable and more than fast. These guys helped me pick out the perfect solution for my kitchen and boy does it look good. Perfect color scheme to fit my taste and honestly its beautiful. I had no clue itd turn out this nice, but I am thrilled it does. A huge thanks to the team over at Cabinets as they have really made a me excited to go to my kitchen again!

We didnt buy from them. If sales person is unable to follow-through on their promises of sending quotes or answer questions, then how are they going to be answerable to you after sale?

We walked over from Lumber Liquidators one evening to see what their cabinet line looked like. Red flags were popping up when they asked for my email and phone number but I acquiesced and provided the info as requested. Not 24 hours had passed and I was receiving all kinds of weird illicit phone calls that continue a week later. These jerks went and sold my contact info, a good way to loose customers fast. We were lukewarm on the limited range of finishes available.

Christian was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Will be back with kitchen dimensions.

Be sure to ask many questions and get your receipts if you give them money.
