Fast Signs Hartford is a complete disaster. We contracted them to install our store signage. They subcontracted the work to another company who manufactured it wrong. Then they took down our existing sign. And installed the new sign but did it crooked and the letters were incorrectly spaced. After six days we still have no sign as they destroyed the wall. This company doesnt make signs or install them. They use subcontractors. Neelu, the owner, keeps making excuses but is completely incompetent. She has no idea of how to run a business or deal with Customers. Stay far away! Now Neelu is going to put a lien on our building rather than fix the horrible sign. One of the letters is ready to fall off, one has the wrong font and two are crooked. Run from this business and dont believe the other reviews.Now she is saying the sign is good because the City approved the Permit. There are holes in the sign and problems with the fonts. The fronts have been damaged. The back are open and rain can pour in. She doesnt even install the signs herself or have a truck. She subs installation out. When i see problems, i will be suing her. Run as fast as you can!

I was very pleased with my company sign that I received from Fast Signs and the patience I received from them in getting it right! The business cards that replicated the sign were also a pleasant surprise to me and Im completely satisfied with their services!

I have used FastSigns of Hartford twice now for signage needs for my company and they have been perfect both times. We decided one Thursday late afternoon that we wanted a six-by-eight foot step & repeat banner by the following Wednesday afternoon, and they came through with a great product and in plenty of time.
