1800 miles into our motorcycle trip I noticed a chunk out of my very worn tire. Perhaps I was overloaded but regardless, Blue Ridge Powersports took my bike in and changed the tire first thing in the morning and we were on the road before 11 AM. Great service team, Carter got me in right away and Matt is a very qualified Harley Davidson mechanic The new tire and the belt set up is perfect. I mean they had me in the corner and still were very fair, provided quick excellent service and the price was very fair. Cheaper than I expected Garage is clean and organized. Great conversation with sales staff while waiting. I highly recommend this organization.

I called ahead and told them the bike I was interested in. They had the bike I was looking for ready and waiting for my scheduled appointment.The transaction was completed quickly and accurately. Tags were mounted on the bike and I was off and riding. I would happily deal with these folks again.

I live 45 min from most shops in my area and decided to try this one. I called to get a VA Inspection and I was told its walk in only first come first serve. I drive 45 mins up there and arrive at 11:40. Thats 2 hours and 40 minutes after opening. I get told everyone is getting ready to leave for lunch and I could wait a few hours or drop it off and come back at closing to pick it up. Not a single person to do an inspection and the whole department goes to lunch at once? Now Im wishing I would have drove 45 min in the other direction and went with the shop who hasnt let me down in 3 years.

Maybe its because Ive spent over $30,000 in those stores, but I expect better customer service. Called before I left and spoke with somebody who called himself Gary. I know Gary from previous trips to service. Hes very professional and courteous. I only needed my battery checked on the Harley I bought here 10 months ago. Gary tells me to bring it right in. When I arrived Im told Gary is off today This person takes all my info to check my battery and I wait. And wait. And wait. Finally after 75 minutes I pick up my bike and leave. No battery check. And no, it wasnt Gary. He wouldve taken care of me

I would definitely compare quotes if you like your dollars. They quoted me twice the local going rate of other reputable dealers for mounting tires.

Terrible Service I was in Contact with Mitch and had placed a deposit on the bike I had wanted, process took longer than expected but i was 100% buying the bike as i had a deposit on the bike. He then went on to rush me and sell my bike to someone else. Terrible service very rude.

A quick, no hassle buying process on my new KTM. All of the employees I spoke with on the day of purchase were professional and friendly - especially the two folks I dealt with Todd & Carter.

Bike was there for a month and never touched. Everytime I called to check on it they just kept pushing back when they could start working on it. They kept taking on new customers and pushing my bike to the side.

This was the best vehicle buying experience Ive ever had in my life. Sam, the sales person, gave me some space to explore on my own. When I had questions he was helpful and knowledgeable. When it came to the sale it was open and straight forward. There werent any hidden fees. Add-ons were presented as options and not forced upon me. The price of the bike and the cost of add-ons were laid out very clearly both in total and as it would affect my payments. The delivery was very easy. When I received the bike it wouldnt start, these guys went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase at no extra cost to me. I cant recommend them strongly enough. We discuss the details on the bike plus pricing, which he follow with a complete quote and information related to buying options. Drove about 2 hours to the dealer that Saturday and was met by Mitch for a test drive. Introduce to Todd to close the purchase and was on my way home in a couple of hours. Cant recommend enough Mitch and Todd, and the dealership for your motorcycle needs. Would love to live closer to take my bike for service...but hey I could make it a road trip!! Bought a bike there in 2012 (I know, its been a while) and had a number of services performed there since that time. Plus, sales staff encourage you to sit on the bikes! Very nice transaction. I always cringe when I have to buy a vehicle as many times its a painful process which leaves you feeling beat down. Not here. I contacted them via email about a MC that was on their website requesting the best price they could do on the bike. Todd called me back within an hour with a price a few hundred less than listed which was a great deal. He emailed me the total out the door total which was exactly as he stated on the phone. I faxed / emailed them the required info on Friday and picked the bike up on Saturday morning. Paperwork and bike was all ready to go. About 30 minutes in the office to sign papers and get the tags on and I was on my way. I love it when pricing is fair, and the quoted price is exact out the door price with no surprises. I drove about 1.5 hours to the dealership, but it was worth the hassle free purchase. Nice folks and the dealership is clean and seemed well stocked and organized.

Very happy with the level of service from this dealership. I was on a road trip from Atlanta to Philadelphia on my 2014 Honda Valkyrie. Noticed a small issue I needed to have it checked out just to be sure since I was so far from home. Went and talk to the service department and they told me to pull around back in the take a look at it. They showed me my error in putting a few parts back on the bike correct it for me and sent me on my way. No charge. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend stopping and they also have a very good selection of motorcycles as it’s the only dealership that I’ve seen that I had 2 Valkyries on the lot. :)

This place has the greatest parts counter available! These guys will always help you if you need it, as well as give you a nice little discount from MSRP. I pretty much will never buy anything online because there guys are so helpful, and the price is as close as you can get to internet pricing anyways.

The shop also has a selection of gear that is unrivaled in our area.Dont recommend having any sort of maintenance done there.Ive noticed them overcharging for simple jobs.

A truly amazing service department! We were making our way home from southern VA to CT when one of our bikes died on Interstate 81. We had the bike hauled here the next morning. The service manager was wonderful and got the bike right in and diagnosed it himself. Once the problem was found he put two mechanics on it and got us back up and running in about and hour. I cant recommend this place enough! Everything about the facility is top notch, fully equipped service department and beautiful showroom with tons of new and used bikes on hand.

Gary and Cory have really been helpful helping me tweak things on my Harley to keep me enjoying my time on the road safely.

On my way home to GA I had a flat on I-81 10 miles from Harrisonburg. Plugging the tire didnt work. Mitch at Blue Ridge saved the day by having the right tire in stock. I was on my way in no time. Thanks, Mitch!

Always, always, always the best care for your motorcycle. All brands. I take my Harleys here instead of Shenandoah HD. They have trained Harley mechanics here as well as Honda. Barry ( I think is his name) does it right. Dont buy the shelf goodies though, much cheaper to buy helmets n gloves on Ebay

My BMW broke down on Rt 81 (about 400 miles from home) and I was towed to Blue Ridge Powersports. The service department said the bike would be done the day they receive the needed part but you can take all the time you need to come back to pick it up. I asked if they could sell it on consignment to which they replied Sure, let us know what you want to do. In the mean time, they said offered to drive me to a hotel or arrange a car rental if thats what I wanted to do.I ended up test riding a few bikes and purchased a nice used ST1300 on a credit card. The price was lowered significantly to match the credit limit on the card. I got a great deal on a bike, excellent service and follow up, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you live near this dealership, by all means, take advantage of your good fortune and deal with Blue Ridge Powersports.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop!! While on route with the MABDR, I called into Blueridge Powersports at about 10:30a with a latch issue I was having on my pannier. It wouldnt latch at all after several attempts with WD-40, degreaser, and working it back and forth manually. I was in Brandywine about 1 hour away and although the person I was speaking with hesitated to commit to helping me, I didnt have much of a choice. Well, once I arrived, I was told they could work me in the following day. I kindly persisted to speak with anyone who could help me in my predicament so I can continue riding MABDR. Well, Gary Mork, was more than gracious, friendly, down-to-earth, and willing to help me out! After their lunch break they proceeded to work on it, FIX IT, and completed it by 12:15p!!!! Wow! Thank you Gary...You saved my trip!!

Broke down in Harrisonburg starting out on a week long ride. They came out and picked up my bike - 2000 BMW R1100R - and had me back on the road in two hours. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Plenty of stock and sales men are extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Show room is what you expect a high quality dealer to look like. It was also nice to get to take a short test ride of the SxS before we purchased. I dont like the idea of buying something that big and expensive without at least testing it. And the great service doesnt stop after the sale. They helped load it on our trailer and made sure we knew theyre available if we ever have any questions. If you live in the northern virginia area like I do, skip the Manassas area, and head down this way. Itll be worth your time.
