Right now, the store is mask for unvax. I wasnt able to find what I was looking for and ended up settling for something less specific to my needs. Going to Michaels has been hit or miss in the past as well. It seems a trip to Walmart will do if you just want to get the job done and a search on Amazon will be you exactly what you are looking for, where Michaels is somewhere lost in the middle.

Wide selection. Friendly service. I shopped around for patches. They had a few blue jeans shades and black ones. We also bought a picture frame. Quick and easy.

I purchased frames for my degrees and did not realize that they have a nice selection to choose from.

Nice store but they didnt have what I needed which was bright T shirts for my hubby.

I love michaels, they even started carrying diamond dots again so theres no reason to even for me to go to Joanne other than coupons if it makes it cheaper than Michael, this is very rare.

So, we placed an online order for the only available Cricut Air, went to get it hours later and it still hadnt been picked. SO, they were nice enough to just let us cancel that order and upgrade to the Maker without ANY hassle. So the legit tiniest of inconvenience actually worked out in my favor bc maeat wasnt trying to hear about anything more expensive UNTIL he found out it wasnt ready. Thaaaaanks!

At this time, there is a 30% off on most of their in-house items. One of my children and I went shopping for art supplies today. The staff were very helpful indeed. We got two packs of art-boards and quite a few small bottles of various paints.

Good Deals. Their Clearance is usually good. I got 80% off fall Flower Vines that were very pretty to put above my daughters windows.

Had supplies that I needed but check out was to crowded no special in and out everyone was too close

Customer service is not that great at this location. I am blind and typically call the store to verify they have a certain item in stock before I have someone drive me to pick up something. Even after I explain that some retail websites are not very accessible for someone using a screen reader who is blind, the individual still insisted I look it up online toverify they have it. What part of Im blind and websites sometimes are not very accessible did she not understand? Message understood on my end! Employees at this store are not very interested in providing assistance.

Good except for the long line

Overall, great craft store. From crochet items to beading supplies, I have purchased quite a variety of products from Michaels over the years. I subscribe to their emails, and use the coupons they send often (almost every time I shop there). Their regular prices are a little high, but the sales are very good. This store is clean and well organized.

I did an online order with an instore pickup. The employee working the pickup counter was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking the order we discovered an item had fallen out of the bag. She immediately went back to find it to ensure that I received the correct order. Additionally I used their UPS drop off which was quick and easy to use.

I will always say that they need a better yarn selection. But Im a bit biased. The store was easy to get into. It was neat, clean, and the staff that I had dealt with was very friendly.

This is a very nice craft store. It is very large but not over packed. Large assortment of silk flowers to choose from. Large framing area. Always seems to be staff members around and they can answer your questions that you have. Large parking lot and lots of other stores in this shopping complex.

Creatively creative. Seeking a solution for a project, conceptualized my description to store personnel. Its amazing how the individual I described my thought; that I was directed to a specific aisle. Not finding my product idea, I reapproached with an alternative thought. Thats when Bob (Robert);was summoned to the rescue! He presented an alternative for the alternative, and alternatively I purchased the alternative. Its going to serve the purpose. Now, if we had an alternative to relocate these Socialist types - Im thinking Venezuela. Maybe California,big they go through with the annexation. Either way, Ive got to get to work. What a concept.

Well stocked, clean and organized with lots of helpful staff on the floor. I have worked at Michaels and this store was laid out differently, so they had no problem leading me to the items I was looking for and helping me find exactly what I needed.

As a crafter at heart, this Michaels location is my go to.This time around we found gorgeous iridescent inks with the help of a very friendly Michaels employee. I now have started another 20 projects, which leaves only a few billion unfinished lol.

They order pick up system they have is great. Although I had to wait in line to find out where it is. I think they should put signs leading you to in store pick up. Overall great experience.

Found what I needed, although it took me forever... There wasnt really anyone that I saw out on the floor to help. Smaller store, but still had a good selection of essential craft items. The check-out was agonizingly slow, but luckily they have a really nice add-on section to look at where I ended up coming across cheaper alternatives to the things Id already painstakingly sought!

They have a huge selection of craft items. I liked the after Christmas sale. Bought some decorations for next year.

Excellent arts and crafts store. The lady at the framing desk was extremely polite and patient while I asked my many questions. Also, unlike a.c. Moore, they are willing to sell you framing materials if you have the skill to do framing yourself.

Store was a little small but seemed to have most of everything. Staff was friendly!

Great place to go to get material for a craft for sewing for putting together projects and little DYII projects are from scratch. Staff every helpful and informative

Michaels is a quick place to pick up craft items because it is not a large store. Still, they have so much stuff it is often hard to find an item without help. The staff seems to know where everything is, so I dont leave empty-handed. Prices are reasonable.The plaza parking lot is the typical mess of tight turns and parking spaces, combined with unintuitive entrance and exit lanes. You can usually get a spot near Michaels and not have to walk far.

Pretty cool craft store. Usually clean with friendly staff to assist you. Not a huge selection, but a decent amount of supplies for most people.I would probably shop there again, but I here hobby lobby is now across the street and if that one is anything like the one in VA - thats where Ill be. :)
