I deal with this shop on a regular basis, either buying or selling or for a quick loan between checks. Eitherway they are absolutely 💯 professional and fair. Some people dont understand that just like any other place around, this is a place of business and they are in it and around for that reason, TO MAKE MONEY!! You cant expect to bring in first off in most cases used items and get the full value. You have to take into consideration that its going to sit for a while before sold which means its going to depreciate even more in price... This place is by far one of the most fair shops Ive been to and I will continue to give them my business because of it. Keep it up guys, absolutely 💯 professional, fair and genuine 👏 👍 👌

I’ve always had good experiences dealing with this place, but on my most recent visit they really went above and beyond. I needed the bare minimum in order to take care of of some personal stuff. I told them upfront what the situation was and they offered me an amount over my asking price in order to help me out and I am so grateful for that.

The owner approves his employees forcing you to sign the pad pretending its to verify your information. Then hand you an amount you didn’t agree to. I got 148 dollars total for 4 different pieces of brand new EGO Powered lawn care equipment. He laughed in face and said well its done with now.Edit: They’re favorite line is “you must have us mistaken with another location”. No I don’t; I came in and The guy who said he was the owner basically laughed in my face and said it’s too late now. Explain how 4 pieces of Ego battery powered Lawn equipment sold for 148 dollars including 3 batteries? I would never approve that price. No one wanted that amount and you guys know that. Please don’t lie for the internet or I will record next time.

I always have a good experience here. It sucks that they look up the lowest price on EBay then offer you half but it’s a business. Selling gold here is better then any other place in central Pa

Honestly never really tried pawn shops before, but I came in the one day when I was in a real bind, as flustered and frustrated, it was a difficult time, as I was the gentleman at the counter, Christian really provided some amazing customer service, options are great, offers are very fair, 10/10 would recommend. Great people, great selection of stuff available to buy too!

As being the best (I use this term loosely) pawn shop in Harrisburg your staff need to learn how to speak to people.Also for anyone going to buy stuff your better off checking out fb market place or eBay. My daughter was looking for a TV and an Xbox 360 and she found it here at this pawn on walnut street in Harrisburg. Tv and xbox 360 with 10 games all ran her about 230$ the price was so cheap you might as well say she got the Tv for free. If you want to have honest customer service with value, it is recommended to go to this place as they are friendly, approachable, value oriented people who take your goods as a fair trade with integrity. I repeat integrity. A lot of places pretend to give integrity but can’t fulfill it with backing it up with honesty!Most places either hide the truth of the value or dismiss you as not knowledgeable in what you are selling which then leaves you not getting the correct amount out of good condition goods. Felt like I got a little ripped off on the watches I sold but if you know all the ins and out of what your selling, especially expensive items like jewelry, you can fact check them into paying you what the deserved price is. But they are professional and give you about 75%-80% of the jewelries melting value.

They offered me $120 tops for a Stihl ms271 farm boss that was used one one slice in a tree! That was for the saw 16 and 20 inch bar the next shop offers me $340 just for saw and one bar needless to say where my saw went to. Ridiculous!
