Smart CSRs I went in to get some supplies for digital media design and ended up spending 30 bucks and getting better utensils than I went there for; at half the price! Never been an arts and crafts guy but if I have to get any more art supplies in the future this will be the place I choose!

Very clean, nice, fresh and spacious store. Lots of trinkets and chotchkes to choose from. Good variety of hobby-type merchandise available in store and on their website. Affordable pricing with weekly specials. They did away with the 40% off one item coupon.

I have to be honest I was expecting more hobbies and less crafts its actually kind of a Michaels in design and it has a few more things like a few models for kids and things like that. The store itself was nice it was clean and the staff was very friendly but I was expecting Hobbies like model airplanes and radio-controlled stuff hobbies are not just crafts so if if youre into building model airplanes probably not the store for you if youre into creating home crafts it would be a great store for you. They had a lot of home decorating ideas and I actually took pictures of some of them some of the signs were very very nice and werent really expensive kind of shabby chic which Im not a big fan of but a little is not too bad.I recommend the store but like I say its not a hobby store its a craft store.

Its Hobby Lobby, the reason I rate it at 3 stars is becuase when you walk in you feel like your walking into a prison. You have 2 or 3 guards watching the door and a long line of customers waiting to pay! I walked in and found what I wanted and then walked out. I didnt wait in the long line. Ill wait it buy it somewhere else.

Best find for arts and crafts

The only reason I didnt put more stars was because I had a bag experience with an employee named Gabby, older lady. Was pretty rude. However there was another young man that helped me, and was very nice.

Poor selection and terrible customer service. Line wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Lazy managers will stand by and do nothing instead of opening another line. Have stopped going here because I can’t wait in line for 45 minutes for some craft supplies.

Bought an item for $4, employee wont let us take the item with us to pay for it at the register. I guess we look like thieves.

I blame Hobby Lobby for making me love their products. I just wanted the store to myself for a good 2 to 3 hours. Great deals on ornaments and such for Christmas. Arrive early.

Store is wonderful.. but I wasnt able to shop comfortably. There was too many people all bunched up down the aisles and pulling down their facemasks.. Ill shop online next time. At least for now.

Four times bigger then Michaels, they have a large fabric area and my personal favorite the rows and rows of seasonal clearance!! Im hooked on hobby lobby and I drive in 30 minutes from Brownsville! Weekly!

The store is well maintained and organized. However, dont go on Saturday! Its packed and they only have 3-4 registers open. Took a few minutes to get out of there.
