What a great customer service and help from the OPS MANAGER Aaron is his name. He helped me with everything as an sending documents forwarding email to the company to get specific pages from adobe acrobat or the pdf file. Enchanted about the service fast accurate and friendly! Thank you!

Went in with so many questions. Melissa Rivera, managed, helped me out 3 times with different purchases. She kept checking up on me and each time, she answered my questions very kindly and knowledgeably. Very helpful.

After waiting for about 10 minutes I interrupted an employee that helping someone else he helped me. No one approached me or greeted me. Skeleton crew I guess. Made a purchase and the cashier was very nice and helped me.

RUDE,Britney appeared to be shopping looking at some red colored merchandise.Britney NEVER greeted or acknowledge Me as I walked in! Britney just pointed me to go and find it! Come to find out it wasnt even there...To make ignorance to insult, she was my cashier! I told her I wasnt happy she seemed like she didnt care. Took my money.. An no thank you or if i wanted to speak to a manager... What a team player!!!I called asst. manager Melissa, and gave me a sorry excuse as well...Never coming BACK and gonna let ALL know on social media to stay away!!!!I would retract this review if I felt I was wrong but, lazy is not right...

Almost 2 hours after my online order was placed I arrived at the store.I was not greeted in the customary way that you usually are at all other office depot locations.Two different associates could not find my order or that it had even been placed.They had to start my order over and pull it again.I am still at the store waiting.So much for the garaunteed 1 hour order pickup at this location.The employees really need to get their head in the game at this location.Very sub par experience at this location.

Had what i need it great customer service

I was able to find what I needed with the help of the customer service woman.

Telephoned and asked if a computer was available and able to print a very time sensitive and important document downloaded from internet. Was told YES on the phone. Upon arrival the clerks said they would not do such a thing and I should go to the public library which had already closed. Further the clerk said their computer systems were down and could not have done the task anyway.

Although the place is very organized the people cant and wont help more than they have to, its like you have the plague! They run and hide in little groups and talk among themselves and wont give you direct eye contact for fear of a question being posed to them.

Was very happy with the wide level of products they had in the store.

Our only electronic savior is Best Buy in Brownsville or McAllen even though they never have what you need. We need a Frys Electronics here in the valley. Until then get more adapters Office Depot.

Laptop selection is not too impressive, but supplies and other office materials seem like a pretty good spread.

Went to 3 Office Depot stores today looking for a planner they used to sell. Didnt have the planner anymore and thats ok but I encountered the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. Must be the standard because they were all 3 equally bad!! Wont go back! Ill order what I need from Amazon. Sad part we have a huge commercial account with them. Looking for a way to change that!😱

Service is the worst. I wrote to the head office about the situation and no one returned my phone call or follow up.

The selection of items are huge and the prices are ok, but overall its a good store to visit for supplies.

$1.00 for a piece of freaking TAPE!!! Not the employees fault (Im sure some genius manager came up with the policy) but common sense says if its a 7 inch piece of tape. Just give it to the customer. I guess Office Depot is really hurting for money if they cant spare a PIECE of tape. Lol!Then the employee asks if Im a Rewards Member. Lol.. Oh yeeeaaahhhh I really want to get ALL the rewards Office Depot has to offer.Ill definitely remember this experience next time I need office supplies. SMH...

Bought a computer on October 6th and on October 21st I called to talk to a manager which was some male I forgot his name but he told me he could not help me out. He said he could switch my computer for another one exactly like that but why would I want a computer like the one I have that the fan messed up on and has crazy colors and letters come on my screen out of nowhere. I wanted a refund but he said I could only have done it within 14 days. I had faith in this HP product and it let me down. I am sure this is the first and last time I purchase things from Office Depot.

Not sufficient clerks to assist clients on the floor. We were looking at computers and clerk did not have the interest in himself to make a sale or answer questions. We left.

Shortly after the doors opened the Presidents day, quiet enough, and the laptop that interested me was not functional. Lack of luck, the technician who could help me, would not enter later. The clerk was very helpful though.
