Older gentleman and older female working early morning offered very poor customer service. Customer in front of me left before being helped. I was there to pick up glasses and gentleman would not let me in to try on glasses. He had me stand outside while he went to the desk and adjusted my glasses. They both acted like they were doing us a favor to help us.
Never answer the phone. Just poor customer service
Went here for glasses and the guy tried to hustle me. Glasses went from $180 to $350 for a single pair as he tried to pressure me to buy Nikon lenses I didnt ask for or need. He gloated to the other staff that he got one before I was even sold on anything. Walked right out the door and dont plan to go back. This guy didnt help me find what I needed and the selection of frames was surprisingly limited.
