Was buying a black 04 f150 lariat had to take it back 3 time in less than 8 months. Just took it in for the 4th time for transmission problems. I let them know i would give my payment to them until i knew the truck was running good. Yesterday a repo man showed up at my home and said they were searching for the truck while it was at the lot getting checked.

Compren en otro lado.They dont standby their vehicles warranty. Was told that they where going to replace some panels on my vehicle purchase for free but to comeback when their autoshop had less work. Went back wanted to charge me 400 dollars for repairs they promised to fix for free. Dont recommend them sleezy auto lot scammers.

Overall experience is awesome friendly staff and owners are great. Almost finished paying for my Mitsubishi never have had any major issues

Bought an 06 lincoln mark lt truck had an issue with misfire after the flood victor the owner had it fixed no problem and no questions asked great business great sales staff great mechanics and most of all great owners they really do care for their clients and their business not like other buy here pay here lots trying to get a quick buck by buying worn out cars and selling at premium prices villarreal auto mart is number 1 in my book

My dad helped my nephew buy a vehicle at this dealership, it was a total bad experience, the car they sold my nephew had several problems that were not disclosed when they bought it, for one thing it had water in the oil meaning it had some major gasket problems. When my dad took the car back to them they totally took advantage of my dad telling him that they would trade him out of that car but that my dad would have to pay to get it fixed first, my dad had the car for 2 days when the problem was found. After paying to repair the car they traded that car in for another car,what a total bad experience and totally taking advantage of a customer
