My 90 year old grandfather purchased a glass table top for his backyard from Eagle Glass Co about a month ago. He specifically asked for rounded corners on the table, as he didnt want it to have sharp edges that could cut someone if they bumped into it (he has thin skin that easily tears). The table arrived with smoothed down edges on the sides, however the corners are 90 degree (not rounded) and not even smoothed down, and therefore extremely sharp. Initially called Eagle Glass Co to rectify the issue, they promised to send someone out to smooth the corners, however we never heard back from them. Called again today, now they are saying that the table cannot be fixed and they will not refund the purchase. Its one thing to make a mistake and deliver your customer the wrong product, however when you refuse to correct the problem, thats just bad business. Steer clear folks!

On budget, ahead of schedule. Whats not to like. Great experience.

Tried getting a quote and the girl that answered said she wrote it down on her notes but she forgot to schedule appointment. Later after they finally came to take quote they said theyd call me back after taking measurements for pricing a day later. Never got call back so i decided to call and the girl mentioned it was on her to do list. Like it was a chore still waiting for quote. Dont know how this place is still in business. Should have closed down with the other stores that did during covid. Dont waste your time.

Stop by twice in person called twice they never showed up! Spoke to both people in charge and person and over the phone.

We left (paid for service) our car there a little after they opened this morning, they call about 6 hours later letting us know that they got the wrong glass and that they were supposed to place the the order for the right glass by 1:45 this afternoon and didn’t do so. So now we have to pay an additional charge for their mistakes. I understand we all make mistakes, but as a business the customer should not have to pay for those mistakes of one’s employees. Shame on you!

The secretary is very polite and helpful, prices are not too expensive.I highly recommend American Eagle Glass Co .!!

Promise one thing and deliver another. No idea what they are doing. office is a joke and the boss is always unavailable. If you want a job done on time avoid this group

Poor quality work, do not honor their word or warranty. Technicians tell you one thing and the uncertified technician (receptionist) tells you another and doesnt honor warranty given by technician just to get you back in and jack up price... DO NOT RECOMMEND.POOR BUISNESS etiquette :(

Bad service! I went to get me Windshield repair (chip) and they didnt even stop the line it kept running . I called that same day and they didnt want to return my money. Dont recommend this place!!!
