What started off as a terrible experience with their online same day delivery service turned into me getting some pretty great customer service. The manager here was polite and respectful and went out of his way to make sure I got taken care of when doordash screwed everything up. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, hope that guy gets a raise.

Horrible customer service, more than 8 people in line and did not ask for help. When I asked the manager why they dont call for help when the line is long I was told to have a good day. I asked again, I was told again to have a good day. He refuses to answer a simple question. I wont be back. Rather go to Walmart, at least there I get my questions answered. Walgreens just lost a 25 year customer

PHARMACY!!!Wth... never in my life have I had to wait inside and thru drive thru as long as Ive waited here.Dont worry, Ill never be back here for anything!!Girl during the day is rude, you need to fire yourself. The new guy at night, lord help him.This whole Walgreens needs that Bar Rescue guy.

Schedule a COVID tested at 1:00 pm waited in line for over 30 minutes to be told to come back at 2 pm no explanation giving. Came back at 1:45 got in line now it’s 2:20 still waiting to get COVID tested no need for appointments if it’s gonna take this long.

So surprised they dont have better ratings! Ive been with them for several years and have had nothing but stellar service. In fact, there has been a few times where theyve gone above and beyond which is what keeps me loyal and why I thought to finally write a review. For example, one time a pharmacist called me just to check and see how I was doing on a new prescription I had recently started. Yesterday, this location had a prescription for my son on back order, so they not only called around to the other local Walgreen locations to see which one had it in stock, they called my doctors office for me to have them resend the order to the new location (a required step).I have my prescriptions set on autofill online, so they take care of all that hassle for me and just text me when its ready for pick up. I dont know whats not to love!

The Casher she was giving me a hard time, i purchased 4 ensure and used 2paper coupon and store coupon. She called the manager and she lied that I have $10 digital coupon for ensure the reason that she refused to scan my manufactured paper coupon. Even i explained to her that i don’t clip anything in digital because its not working. I hope they educate there casher, and most of the casher i had experienced said that they cant tell what coupon the customer on clip.

That Andrea girl needs fired! EVERY SINGLE TIME I come into this store and she’s working she’s got an attitude from Hell, and acts as if your inconveniencing her by asking a question, I’ve seen her get into it with customers over the smallest of things.Last month she argued with a customer for the customer not saying “ good morning “ to her back. Completely rude, and SHOULD NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE AT ALL. Do yourselves a favor and fire that woman!!

I Have been going to this Walgreens for years with no issues however lately I cannot seem to get a single medication filled without multiple attempts and apologies for someone dropping the ball and nobody knows what happened. The new staff at this location clearly cannot handle the traffic. Moving all of my scripts to CVS.

Literally the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. Both times I have gotten anything filled with the pharmacy, the girls have been obnoxiously rude. The most recent visit I had, I went to drop of a prescription, I was told to come back in 10-15 minutes. So, I did, I was the RUDELY told, “well, it’s not ready yet so you are just going to have to wait.. this is a PROCESS.” Then please don’t tell me false Times that you will have your “process” done when I have a sick toddler in my car. This is consistent with my last experience as well. We will move alon to another place who seems to appreciate our business.

If I can give the rude women at the Pharmacy Department zero stars I would. This would be my second time dealing with them .I went there back in February and March and the experience was terrible.. now my daughter just left from there and had the same experience. She must had a baby..went to the hospital yesterday, diagnosed with UGI and kidney infection..still dont have her medication..their way of handling her was so out of line.witness the whole thing...I will never patronize this business..and I love wal- greens,but not this one..I will drive across town before I ever go back

Dont bother trying to schedule for a flu shot! I had appointment at 3:20. Got here at 3:15 and was the only one here. Its now 3:47, there are 6 people waiting behind me as well now, and I still havent got my shot!

My wife and I go there quite often and I must say that everyone there are very helpful and corteous, excelent service, yesterday my wife was trying to find some items and the cashier Andrea went out of her way to help her out, we also know now that they offer a military discount. We will keep coming back.

Waiting for prescriptions twice now, giving them twice the amount of alloted time to fill them & BOTH TIMES I was told they had nothing, but let them check their voicemail...then told it was on the voicemail & it would take still longer to fill the prescriptions! Total wait time 1st time was almost 5.5 hrs, total wait time this time around, so far...2.5 hrs! WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!If you know there are dentists, doctors, and nurses calling in prescriptions, why arent you checking your voicemail on a more regular basis?!

The worst experience ever. I went to pick up my prescription the pharmacy technician was so rude. My doctor put in my medication with something they didnt have so she had to call them to get it changed. I went back up there and she snatched the phone out of the other technicians hand and said I called they hung up on me. So I asked her are you going to call back she said when she got around to it. So took it in my own hands and called myself got someone right on the phone to get it corrected. Its sad when the customer has to do their job. She needs to be fired. I am sitting home with strep and no meds until they get around to filling it. I will now move my entire families pharmacy to CVS.

I just tried to buy some stuffs, and a lady who checked me out was horrible. her attitude and how she look at me like... i dont know how to say... racism...she threw every sigle item that i hand it to her into the bag. i tried to help her find a coupon for my contact lenses solution while she was scanning other items. somehow i couldnt find it then she tried to rush me with some words not polite. i was like, excuse me, im student and i have to save money for my school maam. even though i cant speak english very well but i know how to respect people. i tried to find the manager but well... have the same problem just like that lady

My 3 year old son just had a surgery and we were coming home from surgery and I am the only one with him and I go to the drive thru for his prescriptions and I ask if I can get some over the counter neosporin and band aids and it did not matter the price if I could pay for them in the drive thru that rude lazy witch said no but you can come inside...no I could not my son came out of anathesia barely an hour before...wth how are they going to flat out say no I know they have the capabilities she was just being a witch and gave poor customer service..smh bad job Walgreens I am going to switch my pharmacy.
