NEW OWNERS, NOT GOOD. My 70 year old mother brought her car there very recently. She did so based upon a family members recommendation. Ahh, but you see, this business changed ownership fairly recently, and there are new people in charge. John, who my mother dealt with when she dropped off her car, told her to call him the following day at noon for an estimate. My mother, however, had to go much earlier, say 9 am, because she had forgotten her handicapped placard in the car. She got to Auto Hospital, waved to John, who was on the phone, and left. When she called him later that afternoon, he was odd on the phone, asking her why she was calling so much. She told him that she was just calling when he said, at the time he asked, for an estimate. John told her that he didnt think that they were the repair shop for her, that she wanted too much. This was an $700 - $800 job, and he told her to take her business elsewhere because she wanted too much? Like a final estimate?! The worst part was when I drove my mom back there to get her car? John saw us drive up and ran back into the garage to get away from us, falling over the threshold of the door in his haste. He never came back out. Wow.

Dont trust that dealer! Bring your car to the auto Hospital! They are honest and knowledgeable and will help you with your car troubles and never overcharge.

This place is hands down the best repair shop Ive ever dealt with. They do the best work and at the best price. I have been using them for almost everything for years despite the fact that they are about a 40 minute drive from my house, and every time I have to go somewhere else for convenience I am reminded of why these guys are the best. I had an evap leak in my truck last year and couldnt pass inspection because of it. The Chevy dealership charged me $60 just for the smoke test then told me it would be $180 to replace the part. Brought it to the Auto Hospital and they did the smoke test and the repair for $130 total. They are extremely honest and friendly and will never rip off a customer or recommend service that isnt necessary.
