I was so pleased with the results that I purchased similar ac service packages as gifts for friends and family.

Stopped in on short notice for a tire rotation before a long trip...to my surprise they squeezed me in and also recommended that my inspection was able to be done. Killed two birds with one stone, the Hanover Pa Branch is great and I will continue going there for minor repairs and maintenance. I found a coupon on Groupon to get an alignment. And they realized there was something else wrong so I couldnt get the alignment unless this was fixed nor was it safe for me to drive my vehicle. And even though they were about to close they went ahead and ordered the peace for me and fixed it right then. It was amazing because I was coming from York and needed it done to get back. Absolutely amazing guys I felt like they really cared so it was well worth the drive and I would do it again for whatever else I need. Recently had a Tirerack order for new tires shipped here for installation along with an alignment. Jamie was able to schedule me in quickly, the work was done very well and promptly (about an hour and a half for mount/balance/alignment) and a good bonus to chit chat about cars while waiting. Got an oil change it went quickly. They didnt seem to be looking for extra problems. I didnt feel talked down to like I do at other places sometimes. Its nice that its right next to sheetz or the mall so you could walk and kill some time if you needed too.

Brought my 02’ Dodge Durango in before for oil change and they were great but this last time I brought my Durango in for a new fuel pump my truck has now been in the shop for a week they couldn’t get a new fuel pump lock ring so I bought one myself and brought it to them. They couldn’t get the old lock ring off at first and finally did that was 3 days ago. My truck is still here up on a lift tank being held up by a jack and not being touched while other cars come and go. How do I know this? Cause I’m sitting in the shop watching cars come in and go while my truck sits there not being worked on and it’s my only vehicle between two people.

My 18 year old son went in for an estimate to have his brakes worked on. The estimate was for $300, but he was later charged $650. Despite not knowing much about cars, I could have bought the parts from AutoZone for $120, fix them myself for free, and taken the whole neighborhood out for dinner. I think it is horrible that Precision Tune took advantage of a kid that way. We will never recommend Precision Tune to anyone...and I know a lot of people.

Third vehicle I have had go through there. Im done Ill pay the shop up the road. Im tired of this place costing me more money. Yet again this time its the adjuster. They screwed up last time. They aligned three tire and left one. This time they snapped the bolt. The last vehicle I had done there the oil plug was not tight. Leaked constantly til we also had it blow up the motor. Yet another of my vehicles went there. Three days later I had to take it to another garage and have New ball joints put in. Ive been nice but this is uncalled for. You have now left me with no vehicle to drive till I can fix the expensive hard that had to be replace. Oh thats just wonderful. Consider thats how you do good business......wrong. please who ever heads up they place dont contact me. I wont allow you guys near none of my cars again. This is ridiculous.

Their inspection stickers arent too expensive and if you dont pass they work with you on was wrong with the vehicle. I purchased a Groupon with reservation, however, I was beyond pleased with the restoration of the lights on my Chrysler Crossfire. I just had it detailed elsewhere and they were unable to restore the lights that were dim from oxidation. The corporate manager and this garage manager were professional and dealing with them was a pleasure. Dont hesitate to have your lights restored there.

Went in this morning, sign said no waiting..so I pull. I go in to see not one car in any of the bays..3 guys doing nothing and could not get an inspection. I would not recommend them to anyone, very poor attitudes .

My truck needed a air injection switching valve. Brake and lube wanted over 2k. I called for a quote from persision and got a call back that the part is a recall and toyota will fix it under warranty. Their honesty is much appreciated. DID NOT GET THAT FROM BRAKE AND LUBE!!

I was there last month to get my car inspected,i was told my rear brake pads were low and they would need to be replaced by the end of summer,i have a disabled family member,so i need to be proactive with vehicle maitance,i got the brake shoes,pulled my rear wheel off and the shoes that were on it were just as good as the new ones in the box,i wont be going back there,my understanding is that they work off commission so lesson learned
