This place was absolutely fantastic. I have had trouble with body shops all my life. They would tell me a time frame and never make good on it. The estimates would be off by hundreds of dollars and they would get an attitude with me about their mistakes. I worked with Pat Crawford in the collision center and he was amazing. He answered all my calls, gave me a spot on estimate and most importantly he got the work done to my Sequioa a day early. He was very confident and professional in explaining the process to me. He didn’t try to push for things I didn’t need… he was just flat out honest. It was very refreshing to see there are still people and business’s that do that. I have a tough color or paint to match and the work looks amazing you can’t tell they even did anything. I would recommend Pat and Hanover collision center to my momma, my family, and anybody else.

I am extremely happy with Patrick and the team doing body repair to my 2021 Corolla after a storm left debris on the road. My car had to be towed to the shop and I did not get to see the damage underneath. The shop did a great job with the estimate, repair and paint. My car looks and rides great!

Patrick Crawford and his team did an excellent job when my wife did some damage to her 2004 Toyota Highlander. When the initial damage, that the insurance company agreed to pay for, was finished, Patrick noticed that the hood did not blend in with the new paint on the fender. He went to bat for us with the insurance company and they finally agreed to blend the hood in also. I can’t say enough about the job Patrick and his team did. Outstanding work. Patrick and each member of his team deserve a little something extra in their paychecks for this job. If you’re involved in an accident, take your vehicle here. You won’t be disappointed.

I chose Hanover Collision Center because they are Toyota certified, but let me tell you. If I did not have a Toyota, I would still go there. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, hard working and amazing! Patrick was so helpful and informative right from the beginning, he was also extremely detail oriented and noticed damage on my vehicle that I hadn’t even seen- damage that if it had gone unnoticed, would make my vehicle unsafe to drive. I knew my vehicle would be taken care of and that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything! Phyllis was so awesome too, even going so far as to contact the rental company for me. My vehicle was repaired way ahead of schedule. When I got my Toyota back, she was gorgeously detailed and looked like a brand new car! They repaired my Mazda CX-30 back to Brand new. They were easy/awesome to deal with. I recommend them.

Gave them three chances to repair my truck. Still don’t have it right. Poor paint job. Fish eyes and dirt in the paint.

A deer hit the front of my company truck and had to call someone right away because it wasnt drivable. Phyllis from Hanover Collision answered the phone and helped me get a tow truck and set everything up for me eventhough it was about time for them to close. She even asked if I was ok.Pat Crawford was helpful as well keeping me posted how things were going. During COVID many things were on backorder but was able to work with me to get the truck PA back as soon as they could. I even had them do the inspection while it was there.We I got the truck back I was very impressed. There was no over spray, no sand scratches, no wax, or any issues that even showed that I was repaired.Now Im taking my personal car in to have some minor paint work done to my rear bumper.Thank you everyone at Hanover Collision who helped get my company truck back on the road!Stan Carbaugh

Our brand new car got into an accident 5 days after we purchased from Hanover Nissan. When we called Hanover Collision they walked us through every possible scenario of payment and what our options were. We had Patrick and he was incredible. I mean, he and his team got our job done a week before schedule and even came in on his day off to let us pick it up. He was kind, courteous, but most of all, honest. They even cleaned up some random dings they saw on the car! We will always use them and we will always refer people here.

Originally I received a text saying my car would be done on the 2/13 on February 11th I received a text saying my car would not be finished until 2/20 so I went out of town on business I receive a call on the 14th of February say my car is done. Being stuck on a job out of town until the 20th which I cannot change I was just charged $150 extra for the rental car because of the lack of communication in the management there at Hanover Collision. Then they lied to my insurance company and told them they talk to me on the 13th which day did not do and I have phone records to prove that. I would not recommend these people to fix a dog cart

I stopped in on a Monday to get an estimate for paintless dent repair. I had small dent the size of a quarter on my passenger side rear door panel. Cody was very helpful and took a look at the car and gave me an estimate that day. I was able to have the car fixed a few days later. I waited about an hour to have the work completed. The dent was removed completely and for a great price of around 65 dollars. I would definitely return in the future if needed.

Unfortunately have had to come here more than I like to admit but the people here are amazing. They are very informative and friendly!!
