I know Starbucks drinks are supposed to be uniform but I just had the best caramel crunch Frappuccino ever at this location and they made it super fast. I wish I lived closer this would be my favorite Starbucks location

I love this location so much. The workers are always so nice and make my day. I chose to pull off to the side and right this review in the parking lot after the compliment I just got. Seriously something so small made my day.

My daughter loves it, I like it because most of the times she buys my drink🤣.

A couple of items had to be subbed with something even better because the app allowed me to order what I wanted, but this location didnt have them. Excellent service though, just wish there were more healthy choices.

Worst starbucks ever. Spent 20 minut inside wait for coffee and still wasn’t ready. I spent $8 and didn’t get it. 6 baristas was not enough to prepare coffee in 20 min. unbelievable

I have issues every time I come to this location. It says theyre open but no one is inside. I was sitting in the drive through for way too long. This place needs to either close, or they need to properly update hours!

Stop here when im short on time as its down the street from my work. Its hit or miss. Sometimes they are nice and pleasant and other times; like today they are horrible. No hello just scans my phone, hands me my sandwich then waited a minute for coffee and she hands it to me without looking at me. No interaction at all. Just think as a person who works at a drive-thru window they should have some interaction with the customers. Get to work and have a sip of my coffee(waited for it to cool off) .. Ya not what I ordered (white mocha). Just taste like a black coffee with a hint of milk. So disappointing

Just left drive thru waited 15 min for Danish & this is how i got it and its expired. IT EXPIRED 2/13HORRIBLE!!! THEN NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONES WHEN I TRIED TO CALL

Zero complaints. Every time I go here, it’s a very normal experience. I order, I wait for a normal amount of time, I get my stuff, I leave. I’ve never gotten a wrong order, never had to wait a long time, never dealt with a rude employee, nothing. Like I said, it’s always just a normal experience.

Ordered my coffee and received the wrong one. I pay too much to receive the wrong coffee!!!

This place does disgusting coffee which does not taste like Starbucks coffee. I stop by here only when I’m really short on time and it’s always the same... when you go to other closest location than you can feel the difference it’s been 3 years since I’ve moved in to the area and really I try to don’t drink here

My rating has changed and this place has some really nice people working here. I usually go in to get my coffee in the morning because the drive thru can be long and block other traffic. Everyone is very friendly, funny and they work very hard/ efficiently. Good team and they make my day.

Fast service unless there is someone who decides to take too long or make too big of an order in the drive-through, which is on that customer and not due to service. Besides that they are consistent in providing good food and drink.

Never fails. Drinks are never blended. Cold drinks have such a weird aftertaste. Don’t waste your time. You’ll be in line forever just to be disappointed

Honestly, I have been to many Starbucks and this will have to be one of the best that I have been to. The staff is super-friendly. I study here all day and they make sure that they or anyone else isnt bothersome. We ordered 4 drinks and they only got one correct. One was ordered iced and was hot, one was ordered hot and was given a frappuccino and the last was substituted without notification. Thankfully they gave one of the drinks for free but still overall poor.

In Clarksville, this is my go to place for high quality coffee while on the run. Great staff and coffee.

Line was very long when I pulled up, but it moved quickly and I was out in no time. Staff were friendly and my food and drink were correct and delicious.

I took my daughter into this Starbucks for a special birthday treat.I asked for a passionfruit tea with no added sugar and was told this wasnt possible. Plain tea with no added sugar is not possible at this store.OK then.In addition, this store had a bee infestation. When I pointed out that there were three bees coming out from a particular part of their cabinetry behind the counter, I was told dont bother them, they wont bother you. Thats great, but I dont think it is too much to ask that food service facilities be free from bugs which can potentially kill me.Itll be a long time before I go into a Starbucks, at all, anywhere, because of this store.

One of my favorite Starbucks. I ordered a French Vanilla Iced Coffee not knowing it was different than a Vanilla Iced Coffee. I took it back in the store told them I meant to order just Vanilla and they replaced it for free even though it was my error. A+ for this Starbucks.

I recently went caffeine free not by choice by doctors request but I consume decaf... I know it still contains a little bit of caffeine but for me being a absolute Starbucks fanatic/ consumer its been really hard to find a decaf coffee with the same strong bitter taste and has to smell great too.. I regret not getting the gentlemans name who assisted me and gave me the best decaf coffee with cherry flavor Ive had since transitioning.. I tip my hat because I have been to several locations all around Chicago, either they dont have any ready or they give me some that didnt taste this great! I will be going back to find out what he gave me. Ask for his name and thank him! Thank you! Now I have to learn the decafs/menu.. I feel new to Starbucks ugh

Bad location, they always mess up my drink and don’t know how to read the coffee label apparently. Ivy isn’t a good manager and didn’t help me with my messed up drink . There’s probably only one decent person that works there, other than that everyone else has attitude and messes up your drink . The coffee always has a terrible burnt taste and it’s always inconsistent.

I only got a cup of tea in the drive thru but the lady who greeted me at 6am in the morning on a saturday was so cheerful and pleasant I gave this place 5 stars for having her on the morning staff. Great pick me up!

I just ended up waiting 15 minutes for my drink and ended up leaving without getting it because I ran out of time to wait -- and I wasnt the only one inside who had to wait that long. It appeared, based on how fast the drive-thru was moving, that they were only working on the inside-the-cafe orders when they had a break on the drive-thru orders, which was seldom. They should prepare the orders in the order received, but I know that this was not the case because I saw a car that had arrived while I was waiting for my drink get their order at the window.

Normally I’m not one to complain but on this evening I came in and ordered a double chocolate chunk brownie which they proceeded to try and charge me 2.75 plus tax. But the sign in the display said 2.45. Which he changed the price but after he heated up my brownie and said the order out loud instead of just laying the bag on the counter I watched him as he tossed it across the counter that is very rude. This location has really bad attitudes I will take my business elsewhere from here on out. I really expected more from the employee who took care of me but no dice.

This location already got twice wrong on my venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I put extra sweet cream, no ice, but they put regular cream, and its pretty bitter.
