I’ve used Crown Trophy over a dozen times and never once had a problem. They do great work and the guys that help me each time are extremely accommodating. I’ve ran them ragged a few times with orders I’ve needed quickly and they always come through. I read Steven Schlutows comments and it’s what prompted me to write this. His review was extremely out of character regarding Crowns employees. A simple check into Stevens other reviews and my suspicions proved correct. Professional malcontent that gives everyone a 1 rating. Too bad hard working entrepreneurs can’t rate their customers sometimes.

Ive been working with Jess for 10+ years, and they always do a nice job at a fair price. Hes my go to trophy store for annual updates for fantasy sports trophies and cub scout needs.

They do not allow online orders so I called to place my order. The man on the phone seemed inconvenienced that he had to talk to me, and finally explained to me that I could not pay over the phone so I had to do it via email. I requested they email me for the purchase on their website and never heard back from them. Guess they arent hurting too bad on sales. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here.
