Best Indian grocery store and all under one roof.

The prices are fantastic the people that work there are great. Very helpful. Their Deli has some amazing salads and good deli meats. The store is clean. Very uncluttered. A great experience every time I go

After selling an item which has been 10 months expired, this store doesn’t refund or replace or give store credit. Not to mention the store cashier had to call the owner to ask if they can refund and keep customer waiting for an item which cost $3.99.You fail a customer when you sell an expired item. Not going back to this store again! Anyways lots of other Indian stores are selling the same stuff cheaper with better customer service.

Great place for shopping, they are carrying all kind of Indian food and all other necessary food items.

Moved to here recently and was looking for India spice and through a friend, came across this store, like she said they got it all and was the happiest feeling to have something just like in India. Love the experience.

Last Sunday 02/01/2021 I bought Avocados from patel brothers in Niles il, it was 3 for 1$ looks good from outside but it was all rotten inside, I wastedMy money sometimes so cheap items they sale in patel brothers.

It was a a grocery store. Pretty dope

Great produce and selections of your Indian foods and spices. Only downfall is the size of the place. Its always crowded there and they only have 2 cash registers. Lines then go into aisles. If you want something from that aisle you have you wait in line until you reach the item you want. Sometimes you can push your way around people to get the item. Your cart also gets moved around by other people so they can pass by. They need to expand this location to make more room to prevent crowding and add 2 more cash registers. There is space right next door they can buy to expand. I believe they might already own it as there used to be some sort of carry out place there they had. They need to utilize this space. Because of the crowd it takes longer to shop than if you go to other locations.

This place needs cashiers because whenever I go its all full and there is only 2 cashiers and a lot customers waiting in the cashier lane

Nice store. They carry a lot of things. Good staff on the floor but need to be careful with staff on register they enter wrong price.

Very dissapointed to see a franchise that has good name across the country keeps this particular location(Hanover Park) extremely dirty. Obvious very poor job of mangement. Very dirty floors with all sorts of squish leaves, every corner had food crumbs, dirt, floor looks like its never been mopped. I would not trust their overall hygiene.

This location needs a renovation. Parking is too small, more registers are needed, need to get better cleaning crew. With a name of being the biggest Indian foods business in America, yet their teaching of running a business is really questionable. I mean if theres a big hoard of people do you just watch the show or intervene to get the customers out of door with a smile on their face? Well tonight and many other nights I have witnessed the management team just look out for themselves and only the store products. Absolutely no concern for their customers. CUSTOMERS COME FIRST!!! If you arent going to take consideration for your customers then how are you going to run your business with no loyal customers?. Patel Brothers corporate office needs to review this location and take action. This is ridiculous.

Convenient store format. Includes most segments from large store format, with limited selection. Would be nice to have the roti counter.

Compared to other Patel Brothers shop in Naperville, this one is smaller with little parking space. Not many range of products available as well. Maybe okay for a quick purchase.

Honest review: Its your typical Indian/Asian grocery store dont expect much. Surprisingly its cleaner, more organized and a little more welcoming compared to other Indian/Asian stores Ive been to. Staff is helpful when you need things. Staff behavior and mood varies on time of day and store traffic. So far the staff has been helpful and well mannered to me when I have been there, but the store is usually busy so expect that. Dont take my review word for word, see the place yourself.

We have been in US for 40+ years and have been loyal customers since they opened their first store. We were very happy when this store opened as it is very near to our residence. Unfortunately, the manager here is extremely poor and does not know how to value his customers. Penny wise pound foolish. We have already started patronizing other establishments where we are respected and our money is appreciated.

Patel brothers in Hanover Park does not manage quality of produce. Either it’s stale many times or has fruit flies on it. When Okra are on sale, they pack brown rotten ones and when I asked if they have better ones at all, I was told to buy from the $2.99 ones. I’ve noticed that when acquaintances come to shop, they are given fresher stuff from stock room. Overall they do not maintain standard.

This store is indian community grocery store,they earn millions of dollars, the owner is goodperson .One thing the owner has to keep in mind is that they have to give good customer service.So the manager on this location hasno manner to deal with the customer and they have to train them for good customer service.

Customer service here is very poor, the cashiers never greet you or thank you for shopping at Patel Brothers.... they always talk amongst each other, or are on their cell phones. The owners and managers of this business need to train their employees for excellent customer service........I myself am a people person and work in retail and provide excellent, courteious and friendly service to the clients of the bank I work at.

Lines for checkout were out of control...people were trying to cut the lines. people were fighting with each other...only two registers to ring...mgmt should have managed better.

Cashier girls behave very rudely. Two cashiers experienced. I usually get time in weekdays and afternoon. They are just busy with gossips. Especially senior employee. Otherwise store is so good.

Im extremely disappointed with my visit to this store. Before couple weeks I bought a pack of maggi and it was expired on the month of August. I feel like US Food department should take action because you couldnt keep the products that are expired five month ago already.
