Ive always had a great experience at JCP Salon. Most recently, I made an appt with Marla to fix a botched haircut I (foolishly) got elsewhere. She had to cut quite a bit off to get it back to an actual style, but she did it slowly and only cut what was necessary. As always, I was pleased with the result. Ive had cuts, colors and styling done and am always impressed with the level of professionalism with all of the employees. They always have great sales on product, too!

Ive always had great service at JCP salon in Hannibal, MO! I have been going here since I was a young girl and all the stylists are friendly and always smiling. Im very indecisive and they always help me to make a decision based on what I want and what they think will look good on me. Ive always been very happy with my hair afterwards. Ive had color, cut, and even a manicure done at this salon and I cant say enough good things about it! They will have you walking out feeling like a brand new woman!!!! Brooke is phenomenal!

They accused my sister of having head lice and rudely said for everyone in the whole building to hear.. They acted like they was gonna die from here bein in the building. Also made it known she was not to try on any clothes until she had been checked by the health department and offered $5 off her next hair cut. So my sister completely beside herself and embarrassed ran to the health department and got checked. She did not have head lice. Nothing that resembled head lice they said. Why would the hair stylist act like that?? Also why would anyone in our family go back to that store at all and anyone else that doesnt go there Ill give $5 to.

They have wonderful service and knowledgeable stylists! I have been very pleased each time I have had my hair done.

I love the salon as they are all so friendly, its clean and my hairdresser does a wonderful job with whatever I may want done!!!

They highlighted my hair but it turned out horrible didnt even reach my root and was blocky horrible place to go!
