I love this place

I bought a set of whal clippers online and not even 2 months later they are rusted! I have never had this problem in the past and I always keep them in the case. I contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do as all sales were final. I basically threw my money away, I will never buy clippers from them again.

I went in to Sallys on Saturday trying to get help with my hair. I was a blonde but I had my hair done the Wednesday before and it was dark brown. I was not use to being a brunette. I was a little upset and I talked with Destiny there at the store. That young lady not only handed me everything I needed to help get my blonde back she walked me through and is still helping me almost a week later. This young lady knows what she is talking about. Very greatful to her. When I need any more supplies or suggestions Im going to her. Oh by the way I live in Staunton Illinois and I will drive the 2 hours to see her. Fantastic job!!!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks to their manager I now shop Sally’s for all my hair and nail products
