I go there all the time and get my drinks. This time i ordered 2 frapps and they were terrible so i called and told them i took the drinks back and they were so rude about it i couldnt believe it. They need to learn better customer service and how to treat their customers. And they need to learn how to do inventory and have their napkins and straws filled. If i was a secret shopper they would have failed miserably. Thats the store on 11th & Lacey.

Ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Breve extremely hot, Pumpkin Spice Latte Breve with regular heat and a Venti Water. My brother went with me to pick up the order but he was the one driving. That was a mistake since he doesnt frequent starbucks. The barista didnt give us a drink carrier and my brother didnt think it was strange how light the White Mocha was when it was handed to him. When I got home I handed over the drink but it felt really light. My mother opens it up and the drink was only half full and cold. Initially I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say that the whip cream melted but I ordered at 8:11pm which the app said to pick up in 3-6 minutes. I got there at 8:17pm through the drive thru and even the service was lack luster/awkward. My drink came out just how I wanted it but my mom was the one with the idea and it was pure disappointment. The contents of the drink fit into a 10oz mug which we then reheated it in the microwave. This kinda thing happens a lot at this Starbucks and the one on 12th Ave. Youd think Id know better by now. I think Im taking my business to Dutch Bros even if it is pricier. The drinks are so creamy smooth and the service is A1! Been there in Renton, WA. Denver, CO. which they never disappoint and now lil Hanford has one :D !

Placed a 9 drink order and had it picked it up. No drink carriers werent available, which is not their fault. But main issue was the eye rolling received and manager reply what do you want me to do about it? Just needed a box without the attitude.

I was in the drive thru. They asked me to wait. 5 minutes later all 3 cars in front of me had left, they finally took my order. I ordered 2 refreshers, a bottle of water & grilled cheese. After I got to the window & paid, I was told they were out of bottled water. Since I had paid, the employee asked if he could get me something else. I asked for a lemonade. He came back & said they were out & instead of offering something else, he said he was would refund my money. I asked for the money back for my sandwich as well since I wouldnt have a drink. While refunding me, several customers ordered lemonade. I pointed this out and all I got was a sorry.

Busy busy but great service, love the drink suggestion that was made. Gave each customer, imo, time and patience even though he was busy.

The whole staff makes the experience a positive one. Even when they are correcting the OCCASIONAL mistake, they are courteous, kind and quick to get the issue resolved. They make sure that alls well before you leave. It is always clean, even when the shop is hopping! This is especially important right now! With COVID all around us its important that the inside is clean. The managers amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. This is my favorite Starbucks hands down!!

I made the trips the AM. One to get the coffee. Two to go back because they forgot parts of my order. Three because they took my bank card. I didnt get one apology. I wont be going back.

I would give more stars but this visit was not as good. I received my birthday drink and had asked for extra drizzle, it had less than normal. Not good service today as i asked about the extra and was told it was extra. (Ive ordered this enough to know what its supposed to look like, guess Ill be sticking with centennial)

Drive thru was not that packed at 6 usually between 3and 5 that drive thru line wraps around towards the streets. I did mobile order and they were ready on time!

Has a tendency to be very slow. Always courteous but the drive thru and parking lot is horrible

Tried to give me a regular iced coffee when I ordered decaf. Label did not say decaf on this drink so I asked about it and the girl got snotty with us. My sister had to explain to her that I need decaf because I have a heart condition and too much caffeine will hurt me. Only then did she take it back and remake it but she was aggressive and upset to have to do it. Read the Labels!! Thats what tells them what you ordered and how to make it. I literally go to Starbucks several times a week and this is the only time the label did not say decaf. She could have sent me to the ER!

The employees have made an incredible effort to get to know me and my order. Nearly every day, I am greeted by friendly baristas who quickly make my drink.Lovely people who are very caring.I will say, the drive thru is usually fairly busy, so mobile ordering is a viable option, but so is going in instead.

A pretty decent Starbucks. The lines can be long but are usually handled quickly. Parking lot is a bit cramped too, but good for a quick stop.

I always order from this same starbucks and always get the same drink each time. When I picked up my mobile order they did not have any creamer in it so i just told the girl that these drinks were supposed to have creamer and she told me no that is how it is supposed to be because it is cold foam and i told her no because we always order this drink with cream in the description and it never looks like this. I could tell she was annoyed and made a face and took the drinks and poured out the top which defeated the purpose of the cold foam and pumpkin topping and she just poured a little bit of creamer in the drinks. Then I just asked her for more creamer because i knew it was not enough and then she made another face like dude you could of just made new drinks and not be rude. And then I asked for the other sandwich that i ordered and again rude. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I always go to this Starbucks and get the same drink. Carmel frap extra Carmel and add 2 extra shots. The last couple of times I have went my drinks looked horrible. Watery and just like they dont know what their doing. My biggest problem was the cashier. Today I had it she was rude and shoved my drink in my hand. So I had to contact the higher ups about this. She does not have customer service skills. I will not go to this Starbucks on Lacey Anymore. Bad employees make bad drinks and tasteless service.

I went in during a morning rush. I get it, there’s no controlling that and I wasn’t in a hurry. I watched one girl make a good eight drinks in 3 minutes like she was racing her coworkers. The first thing that popped in my head was, oh great, those drinks are going to taste awful. Her coworkers drinks were presented so much better because they weren’t racing. Well, I stood there and watched her make a good 12 drinks and sadly my two was in her disgusting, rushed batch. Bravo! You may looked like a champ to your coworkers but us customers walked out with disgusting drinks.

I love this Starbucks!! They have amazing people that really try to get to know you. I have a very unique order and if someone makes it incorrect, they are always quick to make it right.

Complaint... I asked for ice got an irritated look THEN SHE POURED THE ICE OFF HER BARE HANDS INTO MY CUP.. I always order a hot coffee and pour it over ice i am now afraid to get my drink there..Older woman red hair. I am in retail and i know the importance of customer service i felt unappreciated by the looks and attitude alone...

Cashier was efficient but I wouldnt say friendly. Not much of a smile from her. Coffee was made quickly and the barista was nice. The sandwich I ordered took quite a bit longer and the gravy on it was still icy in the middle like they didnt microwave it long enough. I like this spot because there is tons of seating but I wish they would bring back some more of the comfy seating

The worker Ian used the n-word on the floor, and although was reported to the store manager and supervisors, nothing was done. Poor management, this store is not worth your time.

Its a hit and miss with this place. Never consistent. Its annoying...my nitro coffee never tastes the same. They forget my cascara foam or the cinnamon sugar. One excuse from this kid was this is not a popular drink sorry really??? Im sure theres a guide.

2 cars in front of me and was stuck in drive thru 13 minutes thats after I sat at the order window for 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Should have went to Java hut like I usually do🤠

I placed an order to be picked up got there at the estimate time it was supposed to be ready and my kids went inside to get their drinks. It took them about 10more minutes to get out. When I called to ask why the so called manager said they had alot of drive thru orders and i asked well when my kids got there only 1 drink was done and it took over 10 minutes to make the other one done. Why not make them at the same time? He was rude and just said sorry but again they had alot of orders to have ready I once again told him I understood that but why only have 1 drink ready to be picked up and not the other one and take 10 minutes more to make a dragonfruit? He didnt seem to care and I wont ever return to this location very bad customer service and rude.

After waiting an eternity for my coffee i finally went up to tge counter to inquire about my coffee order. But i had to wait yet again since lots of people were asking about tgeir orders. Well it turns out my order was not ecen in the queue and it was lost. But they quickly made me my beverage. 2 eternities later i received my cloud machiato which was not worth the wait.

Very nice people and service but constantly getting mobile order wrong for none other then lack of reading the order. When brought to attention was told i was incorrect and it was in fact correct. I just find it frustrating. I know people mess up but its been numerous times.

I asked for my coffee stirred well and i watched the barista she pourded the milk in put the spoon it the coffee took it right back out without even stirring it. I ordered my drink and it took over 20 min to get. Very unsatisfied with service and product.

Decent location, its easy to access from downtown housing. Wifi is a standard. They are fairly quick getting orders out.

The girl taking our order messed it up. But last time they gave us the messed up order and our new one. (The messed one was free :) Except this time she drank it right in front of us. Might have been bc it was a Ultra Caramel Frappuccino.

I work in the area and they are suppose to open at 430am on weekdays but they wont take your order. Nobody will go to the door or the window but you can walk in theyre not ready to have your order just yet and its 456 almost half hour from when theyre supposed to open their shop. We commute we commute. Thats unprofessional and unprepared. Maybe i was wrong so i called the shop they just said someone is inside and they should get on the speaker asap.
