They have rotten meat!Do not believe what is printed on their! And they know cuz they sell grey meat on discount table and they Definitely know that! Beware of them and they charge to much! That is green!

The problem with this place nobody speaks English maybe you will find one person and everything is in polish. The hot food is kept out all day and why dont they make potato pancakes anymore ???

No fresh produce, mostly looks old or gone bad. Cramped store but nice meat department just a little bit pricey for me. Some items in freezer have freezer burn and looks bad. They sell prepared food but I havent ate it. Nice people and if youre looking for polish cookies or candy this is the place 👍

They have mice, sell spoiled meat and they have their workers remove the expiration date with alcohol on some things. Don’t buy from there unless you want food poisoning. The owner also comes in drunk half the time and has the workers fetch him beers!

I almost never have anything that I want to complain about as far as the store goes.You can get your basics here, or you can get all the fancy polish nom-noms. And I got to tell you, this place has some of the best bread on Earth.No really, on earth. They get all these bakers that have all these traditional breads and find over by the deli, but if you go in the back part of the store, the little hidden alcove that is easy to mess up in your first time when youre not sure its there, they have a section where they have fresh baked rolls and biscuits, and donuts and other baked goods that they make right in the store for dirt cheap.I dont know what else to say, if you like European food or polish food, this is probably a cool store for you to come to. If you like sausage or kielbasa, or ham, this is definitely the store for you to come to. If youre one of those people that like head cheese, you just absolutely need to come here.If you like smoked fish, they just have this huge section of smoked fish.So Im just saying, the store is awesome for a small market.

Great products and delicious meats!!! Hungarian Paprika was marked cheaper on package and rang up on the register as$1.50 more than it was marked!!! Michigan bounty law states if this happens the store owes you $5.00. The manager lady refused to give it to me for $1.50 less as the container was marked. She stated you either want it or not!!! BAD BUSINESS ETHICS, BUT GOOD FOOD. I guess she was right, do you want it or not.

An old world butcher. Large variety of Polish and eastern European foods, teas and seasonings. I am also addicted to the smoked kielbasa, good quality meats, garlic and the wonderful Smokey flavor. YUMMMMM!

I like this place, I frequent this place often. They have nice cuts of meat, great deli meat. I love to try the samples of their smoked sausages that they have out, it always taste good. Not to mention those hidden pieces of chocolate you get by the pound💞. An I always go to the back to see the cooked food, I can always find something to get to eat on my ride home😊. The staff is pleasant enough.

Absolutely love the meat department. I drive from brownstown to have a meat pack at great price and quality. Only if the butchers were there on a consistent time frame. Some days I drive all the way there and they leave super early for the day!

Absolutely love this place! Several products like cookies, candies from Europe. Small but perfect sized produce section. Nice selection of deli meats and cheeses. They have a Hot Food buffet with a killer potatoe pancakes on Friday. It’s a good sized market but I truly love the Meat Department. Didn’t have a great experience with their Butcher, as I was looking to buy steaks. He sort of blew me off. Went in recently to buy steaks for the upcoming Memorial Weekend, and a very nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable Butcher helped me out! I learned that Rib-eye steaks are the best to grill! Thank you Mr. Lee, you really helped me out.

I had great displeasure to visit Bozek store in Hamtramack 2 days ago. There is nobody there to help. There is a smell in a store. My cashier was Diane B as it was on a receipt. I tried to recall when I was treated so badly. I could not.I was overcharged twice on a receipt. Came back to the store was yelled at, was told that it was my fault, though I am a customer. Finally, was refunded the money. I put my groceries into the car and noticed yet another overcharge - back to the store again. This time they start yelling obscenities. Got a refund for yet another overcharge.Do yourself a favor do not go there for any reason. Just look at the reviews.

My sister and I didnt get good customer service at all. My sister wanted to get one of their meat bundles. We asked several employees who makes up the bundles? Do we or someone else? They said that there was a guy in the back that would help us. He was there then he disappeared. We waited for at least 20 minutes. We got frustrated and said nevermind.

Selection isnt the greatest but the deli is great. Best bacon ive ever had. They have really good meat selection.
