There are four gas stations closer then this one. However I always drive to speedway for everything. Over the last year how a business treats its customers and its employees has been my number one factor for using them. This gas station has always had respectful professional workers who go above and beyond to assist people. I had another great interaction today and just felt compelled to share my thoughts and to thank you for running a proper business with proper employees.

I go here in the morning to grab a coffee and every single employee with whom Ive interacted has been kind and friendly. Really appreciate the sincere good morning and friendly banter. This is what makes a business worth patronizing over and over.

I went in here with my toddler over the weekend and the cashier was so pleasant and interactive with her it was really nice to see someone who clearly enjoyed interacting with his customers

Ive been going into this store since long before it was speedway back when it was Hess, multiple times a week sometimes multiple times in a day. cant sleep right now and wanted to go grab a snack I get up to the register with my purchase and Im told I had to wait for the cops because hiss boss twice there to be a no trespass put in order... Only ever issues with this one employee and Ive been in and out of there multiple times in the last couple days and nothing has been said until I see this kid working for the first time in about a month.. obviously I will not patronize. Store anymore legally and by choice!! It would have been nice to at least had a reason for why they wanted to no trespass but I couldnt even get that..like I was legitimately in there this afternoon and conversated and laughed and joked with the other two employees that were working.

Lost my business because the cashier was extremely rude and inconsiderate when I went into the store to ask a question. I spend about $100.00 dollars per day on diesel fuel there everyday for my tow trucks but I will never go there and get disrespected again. Customers should never be talked to like that.I go above and beyond to please my customers. They pay my bills. You should think about getting better help. Im sure Im not the only customer she talks to like that.

The guy working this morning was so nice! He is just a super friendly cashier! You should give him a raise!!!!! The coffee is so cheap and the rewards card is such a good deal ! Highly recommend !

I rarely write reviews but this place is so horrible that I had to say something. I go here at least once a week, there are one or two women who work in the morning who are friendly and pay attention to you while they cash you out. The rest dont seem to have any concept of customer service. They talk to each other and act as if the customer does not exist. If you ask a question like how much cigarettes are they act as if you asked them for a kidney. They assume you should know what kind of deals they are running when prices and deals change frequently. I have worked in convenience stores most of my life and know how to at least give the bear minimum of attention to a customer that is the only reason I have a job. Its not hard at all, if they tried to be a little more attentive and friendly they might find their job isnt so miserable. The two people in there this morning dont act any differently than most of their employees and that is the problem. These arent young kids either, that would be an acceptable excuse for their ambivalence but these people should know better. Speedway is well known for having some of the moodiest employees, it wouldnt take a lot of effort to change that.

This is a great place that does what its meant to do ~ provide gas, quick stop groceries, etc. with friendly people. There are times when new employees are a bit derpy but overall everyone here is friendly.

I stop at speedway a lot in my travels to work this morning I stopped in to get a coffee and was greeted by a new face. Not even did she greet me with a smile when I walked in but she was very efficient with getting the line down without breaking her sweet customer service. She treated me with the greatest respect and when she noticed my navy hat asked if I was a verteran, when I informed her I was she thanked me for my service. She is a great addition to this team and I look forward to seeing her again. I wish I knew her name but good job speedway for a great hire.

Best gas station Speedway has a Great rewards program. Nothing like being able to fill my tank for free. Thank you Speedway best experience ever cant wait for more rewards.

2:04am Saturday June 15 I just experienced the best customer service, thanks to an associate by the name of Palm. Im so happy I got my first frozen Sprite and polish sausage with toppings. Only place open close to my motel. Thank you speedway for your service and to Palm for all his help. -Shay from Springfield Massachusetts.

If you like to be nagged by commercials while youre pumping your gas and not be able to shut it off this place is for you. I stopped going there because I dont like to be nagged while Im pumping my gas.

Why do you let one of your employees shot up/ smoke during shift. He was running the register gave me the worest additued and just made me never want to go back again. He smelt like weed and cigarettes and BO if I remember his name was Mitch I advise the DM or the manger to get ride of him and hire someone else. One the good side of the visit was the other manger his name was Chris he was amazing killed two lines from he register to the door with out any help and did with out breaking a sweat and if I was the DM or manger I would promote him to GM as he is the man for the job

Jess the young and ignorant cashier and her lovely equally as daft store manager Mike both refused to take a GOVERNMENT ISSUED military ID.So my husband has been serving our country since 1995 to be refused his Friday beer.Im sorry but i guess this store does not suppiry our troops, not even one thats been fighting for our freedom since before 9/11.Or maybe the color of his skin, him being an African American Air Force vet offended him.My advice to Store Manager Mike is to be grateful to ALL your vets. And i will be sure to pass this poor judgement on to other review sites.All abc laws allow government issued identifications. Its not up to you if the next black person can or cannot buy what they like or be refused a sale.Our money is as green as yours.Youve lost customers, and this very pregnant wife will be heard.
