Will there ever be paper in the gas pumps for printing receipts?
So my name is wilson clemons I just want people to know about an experience I received this morning 3/27/21.i entered the store and as usual the lady behind the counter said to me good morning(and I told myself oh shes in a good mood this morning and chuckled to myself,so I continue to get my coffee, and first I check out the donuts, then the cakes I changed my mind and went to checkout I told the lady(I dont know her name shift is 7am to 3pm its not cassandra I know shes a store manager)she asked me where the cake was well Im not going into the whole story but I will say this Im 51 in 2days Ive never been disrespected like this.
I actually go a mile out of my way to go to the other 7 eleven because most of these workers are rude and actually a displeasure to talk to compared to the one on shell road. I know two of the workers I don’t mind and I don’t like playing that roulette with customer service, plus this one is just nasty compared to the other to be honest. So I’d rather go to the cleaner, better one down the road that actually stalks the shelves without an attitude. So if you can just go down the road, you’ll probably save gas because this 7-eleven probably doesn’t have what you need and will not give you an attitude over it. Wish there was a no star .
Could really find better customer service night manager . Long time customer spend a lot of money at this store positive energy from every employee except this person they make it a point to let you know they dont care to speak to you much less smile . Some people have no business working customer service .just saying .
Screw this place. 7 11 is famous for letting people use there microwave I know cause I worked for 1 for 10 years. Never have I ever refused someone the microwave. Today they refused the microwave for my 4 person crew. They also were rude as hell about it and refused to let us use there restrooms. We were also all going to buy stuff. Instead we left and went down the street to wawa. They will be getting are business for now on. Dont come here there not friendly in any way.
Still food not cold drinks very dirty Isle not staffed correctly Slaughter machine is always down. You always have to wait in a line people always out of blunts and you can never Ever get Doritos there cuz theyre sold out
Clean, nice people who work here, the shelves are always stocked. Never a problem inside.
Very rude and mean people work here, I am going to avoid this place at all cost, there is an old black lady that works behind the counter that will straight up yell at you. Horrible place
I am giving this place 0 stars.. The management doesn’t appreciate valued customers and some of the older men are constantly cat calling women. it’s disgusting and disrespectful.
I bought cigarettes and didn’t grab them. Came back a hour later and they remembered me and gave em to me! Thank you
Store manager extremely rude about wearing a mask
Another 7-11 that does not allow customers to use the restroom despite state and federal laws requiring gas stations and places that sell food to have a restroom available to customers
DO NOT GO TO THIS 7-11!!!!! These employees are rude as hell. They dont care how they treat their customers. Its really pathetic.
Worst seven eleven ever!! If you dont get stabbed or shot in the parking lot you will wish that you had by the time you find your things and the checkout! These people are by far the rudest you will ever meet and it would be kind of me to say that customer service is secondary to the menial tasks that are more important to them than the actual paying customer. Avoid this store and all other stores at all costs. They wont realize the importance of us not shopping there until we dont. And dont even try to use the restroom! Cheryl, the queen of all do nothing ignorant bitches, does not want to do her job or recognize the fact that there is an obligation for them to have proper facilities for the public will stop you dead in your tracks.
A great place to stop to get fresh coffee
Is there a zero rating? Negative stars perhaps?I will be writing the corporate office as this 7 eleven is contributing to the violence running rampant among the young adults in this area. Although a smile and a courteous greeting are not part of a written job description, rude and unprofessional behavior should not be included with any order placed by a paying patron.I brought students to buy slurpees. (I stress the word BUY because the employees apparently assumed that anyone that enters their store with a smile and appears under the age of 45, must therefore be a thief). The students were in a great mood as graduation was pending and therefore there were smiles all around, that is until we entered the store that once upon a time was a place that boasted Wanna have some fun! apparently they lost this motto in favor of Wanna become annoyed. Not only did this employee feel the need to inform us that we were standing near the machine too long (I had no idea there was a time limit), but added that he would charge for an additional slurpee if it appeared as though anyone were tasting the slurpee (have you ever met anyone who purchased a giant slurpee without tasting to make sure you have a drink and not syrup?)Nonetheless, it was bad enough that employee one had become the self proclaimed big brother but employee two decided it was time to take a break while the line of patrons had already begun circling the front of the store. The overall attitude left such a bad taste, it deterred me from making further purchases and ruined the atmosphere of the students that were with me. I asked them later if the employees always treated younger patrons in this manner and apprently this is the norm with this establishment. This store is located down the street from a University, a theater, and a library. Students and young adults are in this area all the time. Most of whom are are engaging in productive activities. However, if the students are subjected to this form of scrutiny and rude behavior and unprovoked attitude, the atmosphere of relaxation and general enjoyment can quickly turn into violence. We are often told to treat others the way you wish to be treated. If the store owners want to encourage patrons to visit and return often, then a brief update in the customer service policy should be implemented before the store is only visited by those who have ill intentions once the paying patrons are discouraged from shopping there.Bottom line: Be polite until you have reason not to. If you are paid to represent a company, then pretend you enjoy being there rather than allowing your rotten attitude ruin the experience of those that open their wallet thereby allowing you to have a job. Not all young adults are thieves that engage in violence, as adults we should be mindful to not give the good kids a reason to become angry enough to return to a store in an attempt to prove your assumptions correct.
Employees are not friendly and why does this one not have a restroom for customers?!
The people who work here are always friendly.
It. My. Good luck morning
Worst customer service.
