I have been a loyal customer of RH Fosters convenience stores for years. I was in the other day and purchased $20.00 worth of gas on my debit card and because I was suffering from a severe migraine at the time I left without pumping my gas. I called 10 minutes later and told them I apologized and would be back shortly to pump my gas. To make a long story short they refused to let me and said they had given the gas to someone else. I had to contact 5 different people within this company to get my money back in the midst of all this I experienced TERRIBLE customer service. I realize this was only $20 but it was the principal that I purchased something and received nothing in return. I also emailed the CEO and have had no response or apology. I will never make another purchase with this company and hope this experience has at at least taught management to handle there customers in a professional and respectful manner!
