A lot of machines are not available until the new year..... They only had 4 push/self propelled lawn movers left, we left with 1 of them. Service was excellent !! They even take the move into the back service section to make sure everything is working on the machine before rolling it back out start to the back of my truck. Friendly and amazing salesperson!!

Had work done on my tractor at my home. When I was quoted the price for the work it didnt seem too bad. I know I could do it myself and save a ton of money but there was just too much going on and this would be the easiest solution. All said and done it cost nearly twice what I was quoted. Im not saying dont use this place I am simply saying make sure the person quoting you knows what the heck they are talking about. I will be doing my own maintenance from here on out.

Well! Thank you very much Central Jersey equipment/John Deere authorized dealer in Hammonton NJ!!!. Went in this am hoping to walk out with the purchase of a brand new John Deere lawn tractor, or even a paper purchase of same. Wold have been willing to wait for it to arrive to their address. Well l was at the counter for three minutes. Two people behind it Woman assisting a customer, and a man on laptop Nobody acknowledged me, even to say, Ill be right with you, or anything else that a customer would appreciate. So then one of the individuals who was behind the counter left from behind to go into someones office. I politely said, sir do you have any riding lawn tractors? He said not sure whats left, but feel free to go out back and look. OK so I did. I looked around and around and around...Waiting for someone to ask if they could help me, waited and waited and waited.....well you get the picture. And the mowers looked used and I wasnt even sure if I was in the right area. By the way the showroom was anemic as far as displays I finally stopped someone who was coming out of the work garage and explained my plight since pulling into this.... lets just call it place. Finally!!!! >>>> He said let me get a salesman. I was thrilled beyond words. So, a man comes out looking like hes getting ready to go hunting, or he just returned. Well anyway, I had to ask him if was a salesman. I told him I was a bit disappointed that it took this long to have someone EVEN talk to me. He said he was the only one there. Lets face it. It all started at the counter. He seemed a bit agitated. I told him I had money to spend here and what I wanted, but I may as well go elsewhere as nobody seems interested in assisting a customer in selling a John Deere Tractor. I told him Im going elsewhere. He told me to have a good day, then mumbled something under his breath as he slapped his sides as he went back into the building. Body Language at its finest. Ill never ever go back there. I now ordered the Husqvarna yth24***** which my son had suggested three days ago. Oh I forgot. being my neighborly self....... Shop local. Buy local. Yea right.! And. I had to give at least one star so it would POST

Sales person non-responsive. Drove to Hammonton location to buy a Zero Turn mower and was told to give him a couple days and never heard back. Not what I expected from John Deere. I am guessing the last review by Mike was the same salesperson.Response: Youd like to post my phone number on the internet? Ask the salesman he has the phone number.

I get all my John Deere parts from there.

Talk about going out of the way to please your customers...this dealer certainly did that. While looking at the new mowers, they quickly approached us and answered all our questions. They were patient and courteous. The salesman whos name is Paul did an exceptional job letting us test drive a mower and finally giving us all the benefits of the brand. We ended up purchasing our first John Deere, 636M. We are so happy with the results after one week of use. The machine makes our job faster and smoother. Im looking forward to coming back and continue buying other equipments there just because of the customer experience.

Great sales and service by Joslyn. Gave me a great deal on a Honda generator. They shipped it down from their Columbus store. Walked in and picked it up. I also buy my John Deere tractor parts from them. Very happy.

It was good... bought a new tractor from them had to wait an extra week for it for additional attachments to come in..I put 24 hrs on my John Deere Im still runs great my salesman Paul was great and he has a lot of knowledge how to run machines

Im the superintendent of a cemetery and I just wanted to say Ive had nothing but positive experiences with this company. The sales person who I dealt with, Paul Keyser, went above and beyond working with John Deere financial to get our cemetery approved for financing. He was able to get us good deals with great financing for a 4400 tractor/backhoe as well as a TS Gator and a zero turn mower; each time we made a purchase his professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to help shined through.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I pulled into the parking lot, not realizing I had to call the store during the COVID crisis, after things have relaxed and stores are opened. I talk to the guy outside and told him I needed a small part (tire key for rear axel for an E130, at $.59 part). I asked if he could get it. He said I had to call and order and pick it up later. Great customer service. Ill order it and anything else I need from the internet, and pay for shipping, before I go back to that store. All of this over a $.59 part.

Wouldnt even try to help me find the belt I needed without a part number. Had the old one in my hand. Asked if they could measure it. Nope. Went to tractor supply next door and got it within 30 seconds. Probably saved a buck too. Wont buy parts from their store

This is the worst place to buy anything. We stood around 2 separate times waiting for a salesman. We were ready to buy a chainsaw but when the salesman came over he did not know anything about them. When we asked questions he acted as if we were stupid. Will not be going back. They lost our business and a sale.

I brought my husqarna chainsaw to get fixed when it broke and Id cost me over $200 to get it back in shape. When I got it back it only ran for 5 minutes and stopped. Now they told me it needs more work and a new carborator​! I only paid $280 for it new! You would think it would have been checked better before it was fixed. I feel a little cheated out of my hard earned cash!!!
