Service was slow. Gotten very expensive for simple things for repairs to garage door.

AVOID AT ALL COST!I built a brand new home and had Perrone door company install the automatic door opener in my garage. After 6 months my door opener no longer works and Perrone will not stand by their instillation of the operator. The poorly installed operator caused the top two panels of my garage door to crinkle, making it inoperable and needing replacement. If they would have reinforced the door connection as instructed I would not be writing this post.I spoke with Mike Sr. (The president) about the issue and he said he would look into it and get back to me; however did not even have the courtesy of returning my phone call in the end. When I spoke to Mike Jr. (sales) he completely deflected any responsibility and was surprised Mike Sr. did not return my call.Now, I am stuck with a non functioning garage door, unusable garage and having to pay $1,500-2,000 to have my garage door fixed.Thank you Perrone Door for the less than stellar customer experience.
