I have had my car there for two and a half weeks now I have called multiple times begging them just to look at it.. to tell me what the problem is so I can speak in getting it fixed or decide whether or not Im getting rid of it and getting a new car.all I need to know is what the issue is because my car turned off and I had it towed there upon recommendation and good reviews..(the person who referred me said they took a little while to add a hitch to their vehicle..he ended up taking it somewhere else but he did say the guy does do a good job it just takes a while sometimes) well since we have a second car it was okay if we waited a week...and we were patient until about a week and a half now we have called several times spoke to at least two different people that Im aware of and left several messages.. the car is still sitting there not even being looked at.We are going to go there today..and have to call a tow truck after we find a shop that is willing to work on it. We have the money... We just need it fixed but evidently they are too busy or they dont want to work on our car I cant figure it out.to say the least it has been incredibly frustrating and I wont be coming here again ever. Or referring anyone. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any mechanic shop.I dont even know what to say except I dont recommend going here unless you have at least three weeks to wait to find out whats wrong with your car and you have to beg them to look at it.and yes I heard that used to be very good so I dont know if maybe they are overworked, were busy but this is very unprofessional... So I thought it would be nice to give everybody a heads up... Before you pay to get your car towed here and never get it back.. until you have to pay another tow truck to take it somewhere thatll actually fix it

Mario came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I needed a tune-up and additional services on my 2008 rav4. It drives like a new car now! And he sat and talked to me about the upkeep.

Mario and his crew do very good work. They are honest and offer a good price. It’s hard to find a mechanic who knows what they are doing and you can trust them to do the job right. If you live near Hammonton I would highly recommend.

It’s hard to find a honest mechanic nowadays, I came in and told him straight up what was wrong and had paper work from previous shop . Also very personal and just great guy we kept in contact through out my car getting fixed and charged we way less then all other shops . Highly recommend if you live in hammonton area . Now my cars on the road running great and couldn’t be any happier 💯

I have not had my car personally done there yet. However my uncle has and said it was awesome service but my personal experience over the phone was probably the best experience Ive had with any company. I had trouble with my brakes that I had repaired but my abs system needs to be bled which I could not do because I do not have the equipment so after calling countless shops and having no money I had called Mario and he explain to me what I can try to do it myself and then told me if I cant get it to work I could bring it to him and he would activate my system for me and wasnt asking for any type of payment for something simple as plugging his computer into my vehicle every shop I called wanted to charge me diagnostic fee then an hour labor fee regardless if it took 5 minutes or not I still would have had to pay an hour with the other shops. So I would honestly have to say if all the cars at Marios doesnt show you hes a good mechanic and not just chasing money out of everybodys pocket take it from me because hes the only one that wasnt asking for money. Thats the problem with this thing in Age everybody else is all about money and not helping people or fixing their cars properly

There are no words to describe the kind people at Mario’s. Broke down and from out of town. Great work and more than reasonable. If that did babysitting I would leave my kids with these honest folks. So so so refreshing! Kudos!!!

Mario and George have been my mechanics for years now and with a high mileage vehicle you need a good mechanic who is fairly priced and great at what they do. Lisa with the buick.

Cant say enough good things about Mario and his shop. While traveling out of town my car broke down on Friday night was able to get the vehicle to to the shop and have repaired in a matter of hours. The whole crew was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.
