I had a bent wheel on my R1200RT and had been to multiple places that couldnt/wouldnt help me. These guys and Kennedy Tire worked together and got the wheel fixed up to hold air and was I able to make it home to Detroit. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you!

Bought a motorcycle from them first bike ever told was gone over the thing dies trying to leave then couple days later brakes completely done and found dry rot all over tire I was totally trusting in them to sell me a street worthy bike even asked multiple times about the tires . Called to get brake job done on bike that was obviously not just gone over and told sorry just taking names were months behind this is truly a joke. Do not go here people they are truly the worst place ever to trust or spend your money with hands down.

Worst customer service ever no communication skills rude desk lady and manager worse!! Waited for a part for over a month with no calls after being told 5 to 7 business days. Definitely do not recommend going here for anything they dont even call you to update you on the status of your order, and when I reached out after two weeks they hadnt even put order in, then I had to wait another two weeks and still I was the one to reach out. When I got a hold of them all I got was attitude from the front woman when I asked to speak to the manager the manager was worse. If you like waiting for over a month for a part with no calls or any updates whats so ever and attitude this is definitely the place to go. If there was an option for no stars I would have selected that because they dont even deserve one star!

Do not use. Dropped off a seadoo to get looked at and heard nothing from them for a week and a half. When stopped by to get an update, I was told the the mechanic was busy and he would call me in the morning. The next EVENING I called back since I had not received a call. I was told the mechanic would call me back soon. The next day, after still not receiving a call, I stopped by again. A guy looked at the notes and said he would give me a call back when the mechanic got in. Finally I got a call and was told there were alot of problems, so I just decided to pick it up. While getting it the man I dealt with the first time seem irritated and did not really tell me more than, the computer and other things are bad. So for $109 I had to wait about 2 weeks to hear, the computer and other things are broken. It was not till I was on my way out that I actual talked to the mechanic and he was actual able to answer the questions the first guy would not. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Had a great experience bringing in my motorcycle. I brought it in for a chain and a rear tire, and they informed me that my front tire has dry rot cracks in it, and my front brakes were bad. Thank you for the fast repair and the safety inspection. Highly recommend, 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought and always had my Wave-runners serviced by Xtreme and I could not be happier, they always did a great job making sure I enjoyed them all summer. Good and honest repair shop and very nice people to work with!

2 weeks. Not even a call. They were not able to correct the issue. Had to go to elsewhere.

Its been about 2 weeks and the havent gave me no feed back and they keep saying they will call me ... do not take your bike or anything there spend your money some where else you know you will get great services

Took my bike there june 1st for carb cleaning told me three turn around. Received my bike back oct 10th . With no explanation. Called once a week to check on status of bike.

They were wonderful. Not pushy at all, answered all our questions and offered to assist us even when it did not benefit their business.

They have great service and they were able to answer all of my questions. I just got my 450 Honda dirt bike today and its great. They looked at everything on the bike before I left. I recommend that if you like to ride go there they have great prices. Two 👍🏼👍🏼up from new thanks you guys.

Horrible place to take your bike to get repaired brought the bike in and got an estimate done got the money from the insurance company went to pay for the parts and they told me 1,000 more than what they sent the insurance company . They are scammers never will take anything to these people horrible service ...very rude also

Terrible service they told me to bring my bike in it’ll be 2-3 weeks and here we are on week 6. When I call they say they’ll call back, yet they never do. They haven’t even given me a diagnosis of what the issue is let alone started repairs I’ll never again use this place to service any bike that I have. I’m completely dissatisfied in every way possible.

Needed to program a sea doo key. They did it in 10 minutes and filled up my trailer tires with air.Recommend highly!

Man I cant say anything good about this place, its been over a week just to get a tire . Still waiting, I mean they keep coming up with excuses why its not done. They at first told me 2 days ... really. I mean if you dont want the business then just say so . I will not be coming back.

Bike when in shop for simple repairs. Fork seals, clutch cable and adjustment and oil change. This took two and a half months to complete. Then get bike back and hex head screws are missing and they replaced some with Phillips screws and washers. If u care about you bike as I do don’t use this shop. They have serviced by bike for the first and last time. So disappointed with the service. Bike was in shop end of May until middle of August.

Ordered small parts said aprox 1 week over a month now .Will go to Thomas kawi in valpo .

Terrible terrible place. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. Simple repairs on a yz450. Repair drain threads. My bike was in this shop may 25 to Aug 20. My bike is still leaking oil.Theses guys have no understanding of running a business.

We originally brought our bike in for a new crank and they put the new one in and when we brought it home the first 25 seconds of riding it blew again. We brought it back and now it has been 6 months and we havent heard anything and now we finally called and they have done absolutely nothing to it

Xtreme Motorsports and everybody there are amazing people to work with. Ive been going there since I purchased my first used Jet Ski and now have 4. Havent had any issues with any of my Toys. Always serviced and returned on time if not sooner. Bobs unique talent on working with Jet Skis got me out of a huge engine and supercharger issue on a 2005 SeaDoo RXT. Rebuilt my supercharger and removed my engine to flush out all damaged bearings inside. Its now been 1.5 seasons later and not a single problem. Also i cant forget about Ryan with all the jokes we had lately with BOBS NEW HAIR .... Great Guy to work with and always making sure I have what I need and giving me any discounts he can when I need it the most. Thanks Guys and I recommend everybody to stop in and check this place out.

I took my Yamaha R6 in for a couple issues I thought I had but I received great advice on the actual issues (they were actually less expensive issues). Repair took a little longer than projected but it was well worth the wait!

I had an issue with my 2009 Sea Doo 230 Challenger overheating . The staff at Xtreme diagnosed the problem and installed the new parts in a timely fashion. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Bad service and expensive. Had my steering stem bearings changed on 2012 R1 and it took them 2 weeks to finish. I had to keep calling them about my bike. They never called me when it was done. When I pick up the bike and arrived home. I heard something loose while riding. I checked and my axle nuts were almost coming off. As well as both front brake calipers bolts were coming off. They didnt finish tighting all the bolts! DO NOT COME HERE... I WONT EVER AGAIN

Took my bike here they said they would have it a week kept it a month! Got it back after costing SEVERAL hundreds of dollars (over 500) for just a carb cleaning (went in for a cleaning they want to fix everything including the damn valve stems on my tires to up my cost! ) and theyre was a dent in my gas tank. But of course they didnt do it. I would never take my bike here ever again. Over heard another guy picking up his bike after then keeping it for monthS and he said he also had several thousand more miles on his bike upon pickup. He was not happy either. WARNING take it some where else.

This place is THE WORST...do NOT trust these people!! We dropped our jet boat off to be repaired and they kept it for over a month...first week said it was on a battery charger..such bs considering the batteries were FINE we drove it on the trailer!! One week the mechanics wife is sick...next week they spent TRYING to figure out the problem..if you dont call every few days you will be ignored. After They claimed They did a sea trial they needed more time. Our frustration led us to just pick it up and take Our own sea trial and see if They actually DID ANYTHING AT ALL. 15 minutes is what it took my husband to figure out the problem! After speaking to other small boat repair shops via phone They diagnosed the problem without even looking at the boat. Once we pulled the carb off we realized these dummies DIDNT EVEN PUT THE GASKET ON THE CARB!! We found the gasket at the bottom of the engine compartment. Are They high over there? Turns out the reed behind the carb was broken...we used Google search to realize this...plus the phone advice from REAL MECHANICS...DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!! Zero stars from us and the only positive reviews here Are from people who purchased new toys...none positive about service and repairs...avoid this place.

I brought my challenger 1800 into these guys for an engine install and to get it ready for the water. After about 2 months of them having it i finally called them again (4 calls to check the status with no return call or any information given to me) they finally told me itseems been ready for a week, why they didnt call me to tell me it was ready was very odd to me. I paid them my hard earned money for them to release the boat to me. I put it on the water that night both motors fired up however they didnt finish their job. The carbs need to be adjusted properly for the engines. Neither engine will go over 3000 rpms without shutting off. Needless to say since they had my boat for 2 months I was very disappointed that they couldnt finish their job that I paid them for. Now I am bringing it to a different shop that told me they will water test it and that any shop should have water tested it before returning it to the customer and telling them it was ready to go. I will never use these guys again and I dont recommend this shop at all. On top of that they charge more for their hourly rate. $109/hr and they are not a dealer. They are a used motorsportz dealer and service center. Im going to an actual seadoo dealer they charge $90/hr $20 less. Hope this helps others.

I had an excellent wonderful experience with them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I worked with a sales lady by the name of Netta she actually worked with me and my fiancee for about 6months I really wanted a Can Am Spyder and she helped us not only repair our credit to get approved but we did infact get to purchase our Spyder last month and I can not wait to ride this summer. Thankyou so much Netta we will definitely send people to see you.
