Our family own business has been doing business with them for over 40 years, as arrow uniform once the buyout and switch over went to universe customer service and service went downhill fast. There wasnt for the relationship I had with a few of the reps I would have been gone years ago.Quality control, cleaning customer service terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible.theres still a few reps and regional guys that are with the old arrow uniform company that actually look after their customers and I can honestly say the route drivers care more about the accounts and us then our representative do

This is my SECOND review on our driver, Roger. He goes above and beyond every time he is here. Never negative, always an uplifting, positive attitude. He is truly someone special, and UniFirst should be nothing but proud to have him as a member of their team. His qualities are very hard to find nowadays, and he should be made aware of how much that truly means! Thanks Roger!!

I am Superintendent for the Portage Utility Services Field Forces in Portage, Indiana and we have been dealing with Rob Barron for over the past 5 years. Hes has shown me great customer service through out the years, even with the company changes! Rob is a great guy and its always a pleasure talking with him. UniFirst is an okay company, The real service comes from our driver TOM we have been with him for years. He pretty much takes care of us and our account. Going above an beyond in service. Any issue that arises he is all over it, making it better~ I will say the laundering, as in the cleaning process could be better. When this came up Tom took care of the shirt issue~ So it all depends on your staff. Hopefully this company will take care of their employees, especially the ones as great as TOM!!~

Do not use this company, ever ! I have been using this company for many years. We were shut down this year with the Covid pandemic, we asked UniFirst to not send us any uniforms until we are fully up and operational again. 5 months later they send us into collections stating we are contracted to use them, and we still owe them the money for each month we did not use them. Theyre company in Hammond Indiana is terrible. I called them and again told them the reason we were not using uniforms and that we were shut down yet they still sent me to collections. To this day we are still frighting it and UniFirst is not back down. Do not use this company. If they would have worked with me while we were shut down, I would have started using them for my employee uniforms again. But now they have lost my business for ever. Be aware of how they treat their long time customers ! Stay away !
