For the better premium gun parts and accessories I chose IG they have the better premium stuff that the other stores don’t have and prices are ok better than having to pay shipping on something I go here for all my ar parts they have great high end brands others just don’t carry. Great staff as well!!!

Won’t spend my money in unwanted business places. Wasn’t greeted when me and my brother walked in the door. I was looking to purchase a 380 or a 9mm handgun went straight to the case. They had a few that were reasonably priced. Waited about 5 mins, with no assistance. 1 guy was assisting another gentleman. But after that transaction was complete, he proceed to the back along with all the other sales rep. I won’t jump to ANY CONCLUSION but give facts about customer service. Again, bad experience for me. If asked won’t ever recommend based solely off that.

Can’t beat there ammunition prices very cheap compared to all stores nowadays s wish i would have discovered sooner

Customer service wasn’t all that. Walked in to see about a gun if they had or could order one, didnt even take the time to see if it could be ordered but insisted i get the 10mm glock instead of the glock 23 .40 an all he said was i dont think we can order it. Left the store found the exact gun i was looking for an had it shipped to a gun shop on airport road. GUNS.com costed me $773 had it 2 weeks later just go to finance it an run the credit check youll get it quicker an must pay your first payment before being able to leave the shop (paid mine off online once it arrived at the shop so i could leave with it) plus a $25 transfer fee so i paid roughly $800 an received better costumer service over a PHONE then with these people in person.

Never again. Product seems fine and has a fair price but customer service is completely absent. Employees talking about other customers in front of customers and seem to have a back and forth conversations that don’t involve the folks they are there to help. I had to ask to see the gun that was in the case and was processed like I was at the DMV. In the end, not even thanks for my purchase.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Sunny who was fantastic over the phone. Who transferred me to Carl to make the purchase, he was incredible! He took his time, explained to me everything that I needed to know and answered all my questions. He was also able to guide me in the right direction as far as gear that I needed. Will definitely do more business with them! Top notch service and very professional!!!

They had posted on IG that they had a few SOLGW 13.7” rifles in stock. Those are super hard to come by right now. I immediately messaged them on Instagram. I got a message right back telling me what they got in stock. I called the store two minutes later and talked with Rico. He was awesome to deal with. Got a great price and ordered one in OD green! I was out of state so there was no tax and he did not even charge shipping to get the rifle from Louisiana up to me in Ohio. If I ever go to Louisiana I’m going to stop by, shake his hand, and tell him thanks!

Fantastic experience with these folks. In the midst of facing the threat of hurricane, no less, my phone call was answered by a very pleasant lady and I asked if a certain item was in stock. She looked quickly for it and said, Im pretty sure we have it, but give me your number, I want to be sure and Ill call you back. Ten minutes later, got the call back and it was stock. Go ahead and order it online and Ill get it out to you today and ... boom ... they did.Cant ask for better customer service and support than this!!Many thanks. I walked in to see about purchasing a gun. There was 3 men behind the counter and me and other customer. I walked around and was never acknowledged or asked if I needed help. The other customer was there to buy bullets. He got his and walked out. I was still not acknowledged so I walked out without anyone speaking to me and so i bought my gun elsewhere...very disappointed

Extremely unhelpful, I called them and they told me on the phone that they could help me with a problem I was having with my shotgun. I drive all the way up there and then they told me they don’t have the time to help me even though there were literally no customers in there. They were rude from the second I walked in the door . Would not recommend going here

Ive been looking for a Sig Sauer p365XL for about a week now. I checked these guys out and Im glad I did. The exact same gun for almost 700 bucks on buds was 599 here. Fantastic! In addition, I saved the $25 transfer fee with the FFL closest to my house. Also bought a box of Aguila 9mm practice rounds for about 16 bucks, another great deal. Saved a bunch of $$, making the drive more than worth it from Mandeville. Great staff, shop and prices. Ill be back. Check them out, or check out their website!

This place is amazing. I started buying guns here about 4 years ago, and they have ALWAYS been friendly and welcoming every time I walk in. I hate to play the woman card, but this is one of the only shops Ive ever been able to consistently be treated like a valued customer from the second I walk in the door, regardless of appearance or gender. The staff here is friendly, they go out of their way to answer questions, their prices are excellent, and they never mind me having my mini me along for my trips. Theyre patient, show me everything I ask about, and in turn, have earned all of my business and my husbands business. We absolutely drive the half hour out of our way to this store and pass up any other store on the way.Their handling of you after the sale is excellent as well, which truly speaks volumes about them. Sight installations, questions, its all taken care of and you never feel like youre bothering them or like youre an inconvenience. 10/10, will absolutely do all of my business with them whenever possible. Id recommend this store even if it was an hour out of your way. Absolutely worth it.

Waited four days for my scope to be installed and sighted only to take the rifle out and have it shoot over a foot off at 50 feet.

The sales rep that handled my order was Suni (pronounced like Sunny), she was awesome. She sent me pictures before purchase of the MPX so I understood what it came with. She worked on the shipping so itd reach my FFL by my birthday, and even sent a handwritten birthday card along with my order. I challenge anyone to find better service anywhere. I just purchased a pistol from interstate guns for a great deal. I entered in the wrong shipping address when I purchased so I sent an email asking to change. The responded very quickly and took care of the problem. It shipped out about an hour later and I got it in two days! Great price, great customer service and great shipping!

Rico one of the very knowledgeable associates in the store has helped me several times, he is very nice and helpful as well as all the other associates. If you need some vital information or a specific part check them out and they will take care of you. Went in to buy a gun and the man was talking to other customers. So I waited looking around the store. The others customers left so I went to the counter. Now this guy was talking to someone he obviously knew. So I stand there waiting for him to get with me but he never did. Kept talking while I stood there. So I walked out and gave my money and future money to a different business.

Came in looking for a knife, lady was very kind but the man I believe Dillon was his name. This guy couldnt be bother to answer any questions was I was talking to him he walked in to the other room. So standing there I thinking he would come back to finish the conversation 5 mins passed and I walked. Very unprofessional.

Now they are starting to cater to women. They added some very conceal carry purses.Probably one of the best shops in Louisiana. Super staff, more knowledgeable on firearms than almost any shop. They cater all types of shooters, good prices on excellent firearms. They can pretty much get anything and install it. Specializes in AR, Glock, HK, Sig, S&W but they have some very nice high end firearms. They also sell the best brands of suppressors.I would give them 5 stars if they had more firearms, but like I said they can and will get it at extremely competitive prices. Plus the stock is all 1st class.

Every person you meet is very knowledgeable of every firearm and ammo in the building. Their prices are reasonable for the brand of items you want. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
