This store had the Magnum non dairy ice cream bars which is my favorite and their wine prices is very reasonable.

Ive been shopping at Food 4 Less for 16 years. Im always greeted by several employees and the customers are also friendly. The prices vary in comparison to other stores, some higher, some lower. The store is always clean.

Love it cause there is no tax on food an they always have attractive displays. I always spend more but Im a big man and grocery shopping is a pleasure cause I come from a large Family ...

Arrived 8:50 Sunday 12/27 to pick up lunch meat for church. There were two customers ahead of me. One pulled a ticket one for me and myself. All the sudden one of the 2 girls said 9:30!.The two customers ahead of me left. I was directed to shop around until 9:30. I didnt want anything else but some lunch meat. Ive been coming here for years,never was treated like that,never ever saw the cooler like this. I got a call later from a representative of Kroger who just basically took the complaint. I wont go back to Foodforless. Check out how overpriced the meat section is. What is the price less than? Buying my own livestock?

They always have what I want & then some. Their large inventory and produce always have me leaving out with more than what I came for. My monthly visits are always rewarding.

This store is immaculate!! Great finds and i personally LOVE thier on the go food selection. The on the go wraps are delicious, the wings are yummy!!!! Huge selection of groceries here you might have to pay an extra 10 cent but for the neatness who cares. They sale the shaved beef here for $5.99 typically and we cant get enough, I make 3 huge Philly Steak & Cheese subs per pack. Cant beat that! Employees are masked up to.

The main thing I am unhappy about is the lines being so long when checking out. They block the Isles and some shoppers are afraid to move out of the way for other to get by, for fear of them jumping in line. Prices are good, choices of particular items are of abundance, cashiers are pretty nice. Havent had a rude cashier yet.

Why have a sign the store closes at 12 am but have the doors locked earlier than that. Wasting peoples time and gas by just driving there.

Ms White is a very helpful she help me a few times finding products in the store and always have a smile on her face And always greets you she’s very productive.

Ok today is QCT 2 2021 REVIEW!I actually drove pass a ALDI S which I hate I did to go to this store where I came out with alot less and paid too much money.This PLace should change their NAME FROM FOOD FOR LESS TO FOOD FOR ALOT MORE MONEY!!!! Better off at ALDI S!!!!

One of the nastiest grocery stores Ive ever entered. Long lines, no mask, broken rusted out coolers. Thats just the front we walked out.

Havent visited them in a while, they have a nice selection of foods there. Service was pleasant as well.

Food 4less in dolton was the best thing for the neighborhood until they stopped caring about the customers all the people that shop there they have two registers open i thought getting the people out was the most important go their and I assure you its not

Lawd this place needs more registers open or at least a self checkout! There are always long lines that lead into the aisles in the 2 (and a possible) lines they usually have open. The carts are humongous, lol! Like they are built for only bulk shopping. The prices are about the same as Petes or Strack and Van Til. They have pretty decent selections of produce and meat. They sell beer,wine and tobacco. The soda selection is vast and they usually have a deal on them, like 4 of the 12pk cases for $11.99. The lighting is horriblllllle, so dim and yellow. The cashiers are generally friendly. They are one of the few stores that sell beef bacon. I mean... thats about it. Besides it being essential to the neighborhood, I only shop there as a last resort...

They live by their name, you can really buy food for less. Their employees are ALWAYS Happy friendly and ready to help. Dora at the Bakery is really sweet! Danielle at the register was very professional. Their staff is just awesome hard workers working as a team.

A woman named Donna followed me all around the store and lied about all the prices so I wouldn’t get anything because there was a special of buy 5 for a amount off. And she said that it was too many things to buy. She was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Not a good experience at all.

Have a wedding event coming up in August and soda pop was on sale. Called before hand asking if there was a limit per transaction on the sale of soda pop, said I would have to do 2 transaction of 25 soda pop. Went to the store to confirm, manager had no idea what I was talking about but still let me get the soda pop. Thank you! One less item to get for the event.

Fantastic meat department!! Kroger vegetables are always a good deal 4 cans for $1.99. Chuck roast steaks were $2.99 a pound this week. Make sure you join the rewards program online and you can save even more! Make a plan to shop here in the morning because it is a faster check out. Be prepared to bag your groceries. Bring a friend to help you. They sell all kinds of gift cards here too.

Super busy today!Only 3 cashiers @ 6pm NO shopping carts available at all !!All the customers were very patient and helpful to one another.I give 1 star because no staff was available to help or clean up.Ill give 5 stars to the customers.

Employees go out of their way to be of assistance, I asked 2 people for help in different areas, both of whom went out of their way to assist me. One was a frozen food worker who helped me in grocery, the other person helped unload my groceries, bagged them and carried them out for me. I use a riding cart to assist me since I cannot walk at all, I really appreciate the assistance I received. Very happy with the staff @ Food 4 Less.

I visit Food 4 less in Hammond Sunday 2/23 and i did not like y experinece. I was ooking for the entenmanns donust and couldnt find them. I soke w/ a cashier ( dont know her Name) and she had a major attitude and this not my first time experiencing this bad behavior w this particular cashier. I will get her name next time. Shewouldnt help so i asked fo a manger. Sopke w/ Manger Donna and she showed me a display with nothing there. Before getthing to this display she told me If we dont have thm theres nothing I can do about I felt this was so unprofessional and not customer friendly. She had an attitude before she approached me. Now Donna been working for this company for 20+ years and shes running the store so she should know how to behave. Now I didnt catch an attitude nor get smart with these two. Also while checking out with this rude cashier donna calls her on the phone at the # and had a conversation about me. I left my things and went to another Food 4 less with a better staff. Im writing this review to inform Doon and her staff if they dont like their job in customer service find another. Get Your staff in check and as well as u. This is ridiculaous Im going to get that cashier name and write a review of her as well. Her attitude is dispicable everytime I visit this Hammond store.

Great prices on most items. But they need separate staff for the bakery. I went in to order a custom cake and stood at the bakery for almost 20 min with the deli staff periodically looking over at me and not once offering assistance. I decided to take my order elsewhere.

Great sales .. The lines moved quickly and the store manger. Was very nice and ask if I need any help and was someone was helping me. Store employees was very nice also.
