Used to go by thier every few months to check for deals. Now they require backround checks to lock you in. They require id for you to enter now and after that you are locked in. The yappear to be coping and runnign your id. Then if you use debit or credit they record all in your infomation in thier system which the card companys dont ask for. The card people just ask thats the id and card match. Then you have to be let out as your locked in to leave. Might be a fire issue to be locking customers in.Then the store is more then half empty. You got one other store feet away you can go that wont treat you like a criminal.
This place is all right sometimes but believe there are other times where Im like Im wasting my time here. You really have to ask questions and try out the products before you buy them because after you buy it you really cant bring it back
If I was able to give this place NO STARS that would be the best way to describe this place. As soon as I walk in the employees and the manager JOSE had NO MASK ON and were COUGHING. AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND HAD NO MANNERS. THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO GET RID OF THAT MANAGER AND EMPLOYESS!FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER STEPPING A FOOT IN THAT PLACE!
Annie was awesome go to them first b4 even going somewhere else nice person and you get treated well I will never go to those other fools across the street from them
Staff was helpful and friendly.
I pawned an air fryer to help get me to Canada (big failure it’s over) & the woman working was fun talking to I know her name begins w/the letter “A” Anetta or Aleisha not sure I remember she wears a sexy nose ring also the 2nd time I went she remembered me in my fire dept coat I feel stupid writing this everyone can laugh but I’m clearly crushin. Five stars
They offered $25 for a brand new snap on set that cost $280. This set is still in the plastic and all. Such a rip off. No wonder everyone goes right across the street to EZPAWN. We go in there and there is a line of people waiting. Much nicer things, nicer people and just better atmosphere.
Wish I can give them a negative star. Come in with a necklace thats been in my house for years just to see if it was really gold and the lady says right away that someone tried to sell her the exact same one the other day so didnt even let her check if it was real grab my necklace and took my business else where! I get they have to deal with con artists and fakes all the time but the lady was looking at me like I was a criminal Ill never go there again and advise to take your business elsewhere....
This place is full of grimey lying people that just try and scam you out of money. They advertise in the store and online that they offer 10% cash down on ALL LAY AWAY EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR. I tried to go in and put an item on lay away and I was told I HAD to put 50% down. When I questioned them about why they arent following their policy I was told it was because of the holidays. I contacted their customer service hotline and was informed that they are not following policy and that there has been no policy change. I went back into the store to confront them about this issue and the workers froze and had no idea what to do. They tried to avoid the situation by trying to sell me something at a cheaper price. They would not honor their advertisement and this can lead to a lawsuit for false advertisement. This was horrible customer service.
Very nice staff and clean store. Great place to get a deal!
Great place and they pay you more money.
Wonder quality goods, a bit on the high side in price, but also gives you the most for you pawns. Great for finding kitchenware and musical insturments.
Quick, simple and I got my moneys worth for the item I took in!
Was in there picking up my items and my 3 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and they told us no ..i can see me but a 3 year come on!!!!!!!!
They are very nice place is clean but not a lot of merchandise .
Went here yesterday in the Mexican girl was no help will not be going back
Not much of a selection. No bargains, better off buying on fb market or other classifieds.
