I called here to see if my prescription was sent, and the black woman pharmacy tech who answered the phone had a horrible attitude. She needs to be fired, and be careful with how she talks to people.

If auto service says ready to pick up meds why do we have to wait more than half an hour to pick up meds through drive through? Their very very very sloooooow. Hugh. 😠

I appreciate the customer service from the other employees as they are the most helpful when I am using digital/physical coupons and when using the Walgreens app, but there is an older woman with black long hair and glasses that ruined my positive experience. I am new to using the Walgreens rewards app and when I was checking out, she started throwing our items and began to have an attitude. My girlfriend pulled out a $3 rewards paper coupon and rudely asked us if we had any other coupons. This just ruins the fun in saving and experiencing what Walgreens has to offer.

This Walgreens has the most helpful and courteous service.

I never leave reviews. But I just had to this time. DO NOT do your COVID-19 test here. I scheduled an appointment for which an email was received with a confirmation number. I thought it was weird not not receive results after the specified time. I called the lab and it seems like my sample was never received.

Drive thru is so slow like seriously no matter what time of day I come to this Walgreens the drive-thru line never moves its ridiculous on how slow that they are I could seriously take a nap waiting on them to come to this window

They wouldnt honor the price different of an item I tried to purchase. They said they dont do that and I find it weird that other stores normally would. Plus the cashier was giving me lip and mumbling about me under her breath. Really rude staff and really sad they couldnt honor the price difference.

This location has been terrible for years. Most Walgreens you can walk in and fill your script in 15-20min. Not only do they close from 1:30pm -2:30 pm for lunch but they always tell you to come back hours later to pick up the script you dropped off.

Its ok I guess need more clothes and shoes to choose from

Come here almost everyday and has great customer service and always has what I need.

Customer service nonexistent. Cashiers don’t know how to do their job and have clearly never been trained before. Used to be Walgreens was the place to go when you just need one thing get out and go but seems like you always get stuck in line for anything because the employees can’t even scan items. They need to just automate that job to self checkout.

Literally just called to see if they had a sauce and they hung up then called back then sat there for 15 min....common.. night shift is bad morning shift is better

Some of the employees at this Walgreens location are quite racist, specifically two named Julee and Jessica, who for no reason except the color of my skin, targeted me and accused me of stealing. I do not, was not and do not intend to steal anything, therefore they have no right treating me as such. Im now gonna report them to corporate so they know what sort of discrimination their employees perpetrate here. I sincerely hope these two are immediately fired and barred from working for Walgreens ever again!

Rude staff! I went in to get a prescription filled. The white woman that was there, grabbed the prescription paper and said she wasn’t going to take it because it had a small coffee stain on it and she shoved the papers back at me..
