Extremely rude management. I went in to buy scratch cards and was told I couldnt because my I.D had expired, so I said fine and left. My mother decided to go in to get it and the manager refused to check her out because she was my mother even though my mothers I.D is perfectly fine. I will absolutely never be going back there. I feel like we were treated like we were criminals. My ID states that Im 32. I was understanding of her not scanning my i.d because it was expired, but there was no reason to refuse to serve my mother. The cashier watched me leave the store and purposely eyeballs who my mother was too. Im 100% not okay with being treated this way.

The two cashiers refused to sell an obese woman a cup of ice because she had filled it with TAP WATER! The fountain drink station DOES have a water spout and they said she had to pay full price for a fountain drink because it had water in it. TAP WATER! The woman was happy to pay for cup of ice but no they wanted her to pay for a soda. This is AMERICA where even in DISNEY WORLD tap water is still FREE! The poor woman left the cup there and left the store hot and humiliated. I will be call management tomorrow!

Rude cashiers. Except a lady that worked or works well used to work in amite And hammond. In hammond Some young guy i think name pnut or somethin was staring at my friend who has a prostetic leg. As i was checking out my friend was getting irriated at this girl i mean boy staring and whispering to another employee. So he was uncomfortable and quit waiting while holding the door for me. Next thing. There acting like he stole the register. Bc i ordered a shake from there and had the ticket in my hand in which 2 employees new. But this boy not doing his job. And assuming before facts. Not professional. But really rude. And embarrassing. As im walking up with reciept I hand. As my friend still standing at door waiting for me. Bc he knew i was paying. I felt that was wrong. And i love amite race trac.But ive had alot of discrimination also with Hammond. And bit my tongue alot. Next time i will record what i mean. Bc unlike this boy who tried to play hero thinking hes caught the milkshake burgler. Ill never understand how employees pic and choose who can walk out of a long line of waiting and dont have to pay for a fountain drink. When they told the person behind me. Then another. But charged me Almost $2. For a refill. Idk.
