I am happy with Dr. Cline but the staff.... They do the bare minimum and will not multi task. I came to pay for my glasses so they can be made. I was told it would be awhile because they are currently helping someone. That can take up to 30 min! The staff is sitting and talking with the current customer. I understand you are helping them but just to make a payment I am being told no. As many times as I have been interrupted while sitting there over the years. I have never gotten mad. I realize sometimes you have to do multipe tasks. It takes about 30 seconds to swipe my credit card. Im done. Im sure my $400 glasses can be made elsewhere.
I had a prescription from my previous optometrist from Chgo didnt care for the frames there so, thought of trying Walmart. I recieved polycarbonate hd lens couldnt see clear- everthing was blurry waited a week still the same they gave me a hard time to return them. I called corporation and went back to speak to manager she finally gave me a refund. I will not ever go back there again!
I have been taking my great grand son to Wal-Mart Vision center for over six years. He always received excellent service and care from the doctor and the entire staff. The hours are convenient. The prices are reasonable. Thank you Wal-Mart and keep up the excellent service.
Great doctor and great service on helping with the frames and lenses. Never had a bad experience yet and Ive been using them for years now
My prescription expired so I called my Dr in Chicago and she said Walmart could call in and she would approve over the phone . Now sounds pretty simple but the staff here do not seem to comprehend. So on to the next eye care center.
Called to make an appointment and was left on hold for over 20 minutes. Hung up and called back, no one even answered. Tried a few more times, still no answer. Seems to be understaffed if the phones cant even be answered.
This dr cuts out at b4 noon unless there are appointments. Bc he had completely left for the day yesterday by the time i got there around noon. Scheduled an appt & saw him today. Ive never had a dr ask me questions & then talk over me and do so as condescendingly as much as this one did. & then after all that time & paperwork, just simply refused to even give me an eye exam bc i had slept in my contacts before. I didn’t know drs refused to treat patients like that. Def not an experience to go back for.
Maybe I get VIP treatment or something. Dr Clines and Dr Brown are wonderful every visit.
While the service by the rest of the store is laughable..the optical center is always outstanding.
I tried to go in a little before 8pm today, and they were closed. it very clearly says store hours are 9am to 9pm.
Worst Dr. Ever....RUDE and condescending and just horrible..my 16 y.o. daughter was talked to like she was an idiot. I was in the room and saw this Dr. roll his eyes and talk to her like he was annoyed and frustrated with her. She got so anxious and confused that she couldnt even answer the simplest of questions. Never Ever going back and I am reporting him to very one higher up I can find
