Kasey helped me and my boys do an exchange on games he was very polite and helpful great customer service and despite being left alone in the store on his first day with a store of 9 people to his 1 he kept his head and continued to do what he could to help EVERYONE even being By himself. Good experience although no one should be left to do things their first day with out someone there to help with questions and things I could tell he was very anxious trying to handle the store alone felt bad for him all in all tho hope they keep this gentlemen. Very good food and service. Great ribs, nice smoke flavoring on them. The sauces were not overwhelming and added a great enhancements to the meat. The BBQ nachos were amazing. The corn pudding was really good. Very sweet and rich with lots of flavor.

Somebody named dylan. scammed my mom she came in and told them xbox series s and they gave her the xbox series x and told her they couldn’t give her the cheaper one cause of my xbox type. they should of gave me a disc instead of the code if they gonna beloit xbox series x😒 do better it works the same but i can’t play with xbox 1 players

Went to Game Stop in Hammond La., bought an X Box One. Hard problems with their machine at check out, ran my card several times. At this point Im charged twice and bank says looks like more coming through. Game Stop did nothing to refund at in store or customer service level, bank is working on it. But if other charges also post from them running my card thats another 800. I have to cover til I can get bank to reverse it. DO NOT LET GAMESTOP RUN YOUR CARD MORE THAN ONCE, THEY DONT CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES!!Lewis Alberts

Good, found the game I was looking for. Thanks for the help, 2020... its funny that after a year when I wrote this... This store went down hill. I call them and ask about a game,.. I was trying to find out how much. The person told me and I was trying to ask him if he could pull it and hold it that we was on the way. He told me first come first gets it and hung the phone up on me. I had him on speakerphone so my mom could hear how much. She was on break thats why I ask if he could pull it. We was 5 minutes away. When we got there. The two employees keep talking, when I ask for the game and the person said it somewhere on the wall. O sorry for interrupting yall talk. The other man said o just pull it out the drawer. When he ring me up, and told me how much. My mom said he needs insurance on it too. I spend a lot of money here and trade games all the time. Never had people treat us like they did, like we interrupted their conversation was more important than the customer. Now my mom said to buy online till they get better help and someone who cares, and someone that listens to a child when they are talking. 2021

Was double charged when their system went down after I swiped my debit card. Ended up paying cash. Been back twice to try and resolve. Left my number for the manager both times with no call. Employee suggested I work with my bank, not sure why I need to do the leg work. $90 down the drain. Won’t be back.

Hands down the best game stop I’ve ever been to, everyone in the store was beyond friendly and helpful.

Me and my 3 kids just left from there wasnt ask if we need help or even acknowledge like we were invisible or something they were having a whole conversation to themselves not even worrying about the customer and when we left to text the store they still never said anything to us. I felt so unwelcome that I didnt even wanna purchase anything. I told my son we will go somewhere else. Never experienced this type of customer service very Horrible.

Not sure how they have so many good reviews. Must be employees and their friends. This place is a total rip off. They sell used games the same price as new games. Not only that but they buy a $40 game you bring in for $3 then sell it for $39.99. They literally are ripping you off to your face! Its really amazing how so many people enjoy being bent over.

The guys in there are always so nice & helpful!!! My husband had a 360 & yes its old, but the employees in there they dont make him feel less than bc of it.. they always help him find new games to play that theyd think hed like. So we love going there & fo almost once a week now haha

Had a decent selection of games but customer service was poor. Made a simple request to swap out the artwork into a new green case the game I was buying was busted all across the bottom. They were unable to accomodate as allowing me to swap out artwork with some airplane game and print a new sticker for it was a concept he couldnt grasp. Also, watcg your receipt....he tried to slip the disc warranty upcharge on me without asking. Glad I dont live in this area and dont have to shop there again. They should be glad also.

The sales associate Caelan was very rude AGAIN!!! I purchased two used ps3 game controllers on 12/31/15 which were defective. I went to exchange them today on 1/1/16 for two brand new controllers. As I approached the counter I had my receipt in hand. Caelan asked what was wrong I explained the problem with the controller and also told him that I was bringing the other controller back because Id just rather have them both brand new. After explaining what was wrong with the controllers, Caelan looks at my son assuming that the controllers were his and attempted to make him explain what I had already explained. I then instructed my child to be quiet because, I was the adult talking! Caelan then proceeded to speak to my child over me without my permission! He was disrespectful to me as a parent and he was very disrespectful throughout the whole transaction! I will be reporting and rating this experience online. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer or parent!

They got everything you need to game.

Your typical Gamestop store. Depending on timing, they can offer a variety of used games for the current systems; PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, etc. And the prices for the used games, consoles and accessories are mid ranged. You can find better deals if you look, ebay specifically, but if you are wanting or in need of it now, very convenient. Prices for new games, consoles and accessories are about even with the market. Their PC section is lacking, small single sided stand. The store size is average, clean, usually organized. Staff is hit and miss, I have had a few very helpful employees and some very obnoxious ones.Overall, good store.

I like gamestop, but when I bought a GTA V game from them it kept freezing before I got to play it. I got like 5 different GTA V games now, and none of them work so far. 😠😖😔😞😕😶😶😶😶😶😶😶
