Changed over to Swanel for my beverage needs, Ellie did a great job of making the transition from my old supplier to Swanel effortless. The installation was quick and easy. They setup temporary connectors so that i could use up my current inventory so I did not have any wasted product. I would recommend checking them out

I have been an owner operator in the restaurant/bar industry for over 16 years. The first location i opened was with Swanel. As my company grew and we purchased other locations that had different beverage companys Coca-cola, Pepsi, etc i never felt that we got the attention or value that Swanel gave us so all my locations became Swanel locations. We in the industry know that pleasing everyone is next to impossible and in 16 years Swanel and myself have had disagreements but the outcome was always a great one. And that is what great business relationships are built on.
We have been a customer of Swanel for years. Up until last year no problems. Nancy is great to work with. Last year we were running out of Co2 very quickly in July, August and September. So much that we needed to have to be serviced twice a month. Possibly a leak? Had Coke and Pepsi come out no leaks anywhere. In September after the driver had come out the week before we were empty again. Check our sales reports the sales were even each month. Very frustrated, on the phone with Nancy on a daily basis, we came up with that the driver must come inside and give us a sheet to verify delivery and to let us know they were there. Went outside with the regular driver only to find out he was off for a few months. This year was okay until September. Got filled on November 3rd empty by the 20th then had to pay for small tank to be filled. Drivers did not come in the store to let us know they were there as previously arranged. Now the aggravation hits a high because talking to Chris, the boss, basically telling me we used a whole tank in 17 days, me telling him impossible. Pulled the sales definitely impossible in November. He gives me the GPS reports; the driver is not at our address but across the street and our security cameras back it up on that date that the driver was not on any side of our building. GPS report says 9 minutes. This last driver was there for 25 minutes. Chris thinks we are all stupid and allows his drivers to steal from us.

I was there trying to get CO 2. I had an empty cylinder from them. I was a former customer who wanted to have them hook thier service to my new address. They strung me along for over two weeks and didnt even tell me that they didnt want my business. To top it off, they tried to charge me a $75 deposit for a CO2 cylinder even though I had a replacement for the new one! I cant believe how unprofessional and shady this company has become! I would never recommend this company for any business owner! They need to learn how to treat customers and business owners with respect!!!

I have been dealing with them for 10years with my other bar I own. We recently bought a new location and we emailed them to schedule appointment with a rep and that’s when the nightmare began. The rep Ellie decided to just show up at the location with no appointment and lied to my bartender telling them she was were here to inspect the equipment ( there is no previous contract with them). Ellie got into the basement of my bar and then decided to take one empty tank and one I just spent 3 hours the day before driving 20 miles in traffic to fill. Ellie response was well they are swanell tanks and we took them. This lady is like a gangster Lying to my employee and then taking tanks without permission and had no right to go through my Bussiness. I requested a appointment not a rep to show up with no appointment when I’m not there, lie and then steal from my business. I am filing a complaint with the local police on Ellie for theft. Ellie tells me they have no previous contact with my bar so why is she taking stuff out of my bar. The previous owner didn’t use the soda gun for over a year and how would swanell even know what what equipment I have. They are scammers if I could I would give them a -5 star I would. Dave
